Great and friendly instructor. The place still has a spiritual appeal and sets itself apart from a regular commercial yoga centers. You have to register well in advance as there are only a few batches. Yoga Timings morning 6.30 -7.30
Delightful place. The yoga instructor is patient, understanding, knowledgeable and demanding, all at once. The studio has the perfect ambiance for a session of yoga. I'm completely thankful to have been tutored here.
I learnt yoga here and must say it is an excellent place to learn and practice pure yoga and meditation. I did yoga here for two years, but had to discontinue due to timing mismatch. I would go back without hesitaton in the future when the timing works for me.
