Amazing ice for intense hockey skaters, convenience of 3 rinks, can't wait for the restaurant, pro shop is really nice
Is not for public only , they use it as team training ...
It is a very good rink but one day i went in to play girls ice hockey and there was everything Islanders. Ex. There were statues of the players, all they sold were islanders merchandise only because the Islanders are practicing there . I think that is abselutelly ridiculous. Expecilly because i am a Ranger Fan
Great place for birthday party for children. Modern facility with party rooms.
Excellent hockey facility with 2 indoor rinks and 1 outdoor rink. Wish it wasn't so far from my house. I play in 2 house leagues there. Go Isles!
Worst run leagues ive ever played in.... games canceled every other week for public skates...becuase we dont pay insanely large amounts of money to play right?
Excellent Facility. One of the best I have been to. Just needs a Cafe or snack bar
Very impressive Ice Rink. However, no good food court.
Clean well maintained arena, the ties to the NY Islanders make it a bit unwelcoming for some Rangers Fans which is sad for kids who just want hockey.
The twin rinks have a cozy fireplace social center and proshop and vendong machines that take credit cards!
The clinic instructors are great for those lookong for hockey, there is also an outdoor half rink.
Not happy having to write this. The management keeps giving me the run around for $360. of catered food they ordered for a party in the beginning of March 2015. I had established what I thought was a good relationship by giving them $2000 of free food for their grand opening last year. At first "the check is in the mail" then it's "it will be the next check". If they cant pay a local business that supplied them with food that they ate 90 days ago their future may not be so bright. Don't count on this place. I will post again when they decide to pay.
Not easy to find . Good thing the have temporary signage directing you through the doors. But from parking lot it is hard to know where to go
Wonderful place, smooth ice and flexible public skate sessions. It's all great except for the fact that the hockey players are really reckless and dangerous
Great facility, well run and clean. Ice is always in great condition.
Excellent ice rink that the Islanders Hockey Team use as a practice space! Free skate times as well as lessons available. Nice fireplace to warm up at when you're done skating (lit in cold weather). Two indoor rinks and one outdoor. Also party rooms are available.
Beautiful facility!
Lovely rink but no food! Supposedly they have a snack stand but it wasn't open anytime I was ever there
The most beautiful hockey practice facility I've ever visited. Location must be visited instead of explained.
Love this ... please open up stop listening to the government....
I dropped off the Islanders yesterday, very clean, beautiful place, very friendly people and well staffed.
The rink is very nice, but is managed horribly. The house league is not worth the money. There is no coaching, no supervision and no rules. Noone pays attention to the time or the kids. It's a total free for all. I suggest you look elsewhere if you want your child to have a positive hockey experience.
As rinks go this place is amazing! What a great place for kids to get a real hockey experience.
the in-house league is a joke. do not waste your time or money. the staff dont pay attention to the game, time or kids. they give absolutely no direction. first day they had 15 year old kids skating against my 6 year old. they decided to split it up after complaints. if you are looking for straight ice time, may be ok. if you are looking for a competitive league with proper coaching and timekeeping, dont come. place is incredibly nice, just run by clowns (for lack of a better word).
Had a great time, low prices also. The facility is very modern and clean
Islanders practice ice rink. Very nice complex with outdoor roller blade rink too
Very good attention in particular the person who is attending to me is very professional and his work is serving me a lot in my problem with my back.
Place was clean and easy to go get to. Love the idea that thete was a evaluator
Very nice place the ice is well maintained and so is the facility.
Very nice rink. Overpriced and no food. Otherwise, great rink.
The rink is great, but you're best off bringing your own skates.
Great place to bring the kids and family to skate but only bad thing is that if you got little kids that are learning, go get the kids helpers first before the adults that cant skate takes them. Its an embarrassing situation when you have a 3 year old thats learning but the 40 year old adult takes the skate helper.
The place is beautiful. Why I gave 3 stars. There is no concession stand to get anything to drink or eat, especially when spending a few hours there. I do hope in the future they do acquire a stand.
Amazing place to skate, sometimes does get crowded.
Did a hockey camp here, don't waste your time or money. Coaches could care less, don't even take the time to learn the kids names. No instruction, no rules, just let the kids play on ice.
Beautiful facility! Bathrooms are clean- players live the ice- well maintained!
The rinks are always 100% and the staff is great, it s always clean, definitely recommend it
so exicted to go with my daughter.Im sure its going to be fun.
Gorgeous and well built. There's a fireplace with seating around it. Along the wall there are bar stool height seats facing the window for a nice view. Super clean and close to one entrance of the park. Worth the visit.
Very clean with ample ice rink space. Live the n!NY Islanders pro shop.
Nice facility. Ice is choppy. Always seems rather empty for public skates. Bethpage has better ice. The outdoor rink is a waste since there is no seating. The locker rooms are nice. The practice pens are cool but they wont let you use them unless you play for the Jr. islanders. Met a few of the PAL Islanders coaches and they are rude and pompous. Dont bother driving to go here. Just go to your closest rink.
No food, and they follow the Czar's unconstitutional mandates like good little sheep.
Beautiful facility. Ice a bit choppy for public session.
Clean and well kept nice staff especially the secretary the excercises are not as intense as I thought my back pain is going away daily
Clean and beautifully built. Of all the places I play hockey at in the area this one has the cleanest lockers, best ice, and lighting. I'll play here anytime.
