Ordered chainsaw as showing "IN STOCK" 3 days later notified via tracker as "Dispatched from manufacturer"??? after 6 days left voicemail then e mail, 7th day another e mail eventually responded advising manufacturer out of stock. ADVICE Check actualy in stock before orderig.I declined to wait and received a full refund
No after-sales service. Safety pin fell off of Youngman Teleguard telescopic ladder. Emailed Sitebox. No reply. Telephoned company, didn't want to know. Passed the parcel. Appalling .
I was searching for wacker plates as my local hire centre is constantly out of stock, even trying to pre order is impossible now.
Came across site box and they were offering next day delivery and I thought great. Ordered a wacker plate, money was taken.
The next day I received an email to advise me that the product I bought was out of stock and how would I like to proceed.
I browsed through their site again and nothing was available for next day and the only available wacker cost a great deal more than what I had originally paid.
Refund will take 2-3 days, probably more now it s Friday.
Poor site and clearly not updated stock wise very well. Never-mind just an email to inform me, a phone call would have been better.

Order placed for next day delivery and still waiting 3 days later. When calling to ask where it is - I was told it missed the pickup again and will be another day delayed! I was given the reason of...... "even the best laid plans don't always work out ......!" Great customer service reply!
Ordered something, received an email saying there is a delay for the items, will arrive the next week. Next week comes, received another email it will take another week, cancelled and requested refund.
Being told that the item is delayed a day before it's due to arrive, with an email saying it hopefully should arrive 6-7 days later, and then again another 6-7 days, really holds up my sites, and becomes detrimental to my business.

Shocking customer service. Two faulty products. They do very little to help. I wouldn't reccomend anyone deal with them.

Bought wacker plate from this company delivery was on time but the wacker did not work as it should so I had to send it back. It's been nearly a month emailing every day asking for my money back as I need to buy another one that actually works and is worth the money but they don't care. If I can give minus five star review I would. People stay away from this company unless you have money to waist. Very disappointed
As other reviews say , same day dispatch even during pandemic, next day delivery , item listed as in stock , taken payment, late on next day receive email saying item not in stock , but they don't automatically refund you have to request the refund , I emailed straight back, as they don't answer the phone and voicemail box is full , no response no refund pathetic service

I ordered the Clarke 300 pc tool set and delivery arrived a day early. It is value for money. The only thing I found frustrating is all the sockets were everywhere and it took over an hour for my wife and I to place the sockets in the right order. I am happy with my purchase.
Diabolical service!! I placed an order with them because the website states "same day dispatch" and the item was in stock. Supplied tracking information said it had been dispatched.

Had I not contacted them I'd still be waiting now. They then took 4 days to initiate a refund. I recommend buying elsewhere, they're an absolute joke of a company.
We bought an air conditioning unit because their website stated a 7 day trial. It wasn't suitable so we returned it only to be told that we couldn't have a refund as the box was opened. How on earth can you trial something without opening the box. Absolutely shocking service and i certainly wouldn't order from this company again.

Arrived and blew electric in house.vGetting a refund has taken forever and still waiting. Great service for delivery but very poor for returns or refunds.
