Diabolical service!! I placed an order with them because the website states "same day dispatch" and the item was in stock. Supplied tracking information said it had been dispatched.
Chased my order after 5 days and I was told my item was on backorder and not expected for 4-5wks!!
This delay cost me time and money.
Had I not contacted them I'd still be waiting now. They then took 4 days to initiate a refund. I recommend buying elsewhere, they're an absolute joke of a company.
