4 stars because the nurses & other staff are very nice.
However, I am concerned with Dr. D. Lawrence, not adhering to the wound care specialist & instructing my mother on the wound care of her feet. The cream which he prescribed is irrelevant & can, in fact, make the wounds worse.
The doctors cannot know the correct course of action if they are not diagnosing the problem correctly.
I love jencare, it's respectful, responsible, reliable, and caring. The staff made me feel welcome and appreciative of becoming a part of their family. Doctor Rogers is the best!.

The staff is incredibly nice. They are very thorough.
My Mothers Doctor was also super nice. She listened and addressed my mother questions and concerns. She explained all the steps she wanted to take and made her feel very comfortable. We left knowing exactly what was going on and what to expect on the next visit.
I wish my doctors were like that.
