Sirti Review

I have been installing the fixed line in Feltre for over a month. Always different technicians who each invent different excuses for not doing the job. The first said that it was necessary to make a hole in a 60cm thick wall to easily enter the cable from the outside. Without the hole, the week after the second technician says that the first one should have told me that they would have gone to do it with the tessellator the next time and ok, job not done because they needed 2 technicians instead of 1. Third appointment at 15.00 they pass at 8.30 when they are at work and therefore obviously do nothing. On the fourth date they don't even show up !!! They make people waste a lot of time and do nothing. On the same building there will already be 10 fixed lines and the cables must pass them through the exact same places as the existing ones !! Pure madness.

Sirti s.p.a. it is one of the most disorganized companies I have collaborated with. I had to activate a new line with TIM and Sirti s.p.a. it was the subcontracting company that was to activate the service for me. The things to do were simple in theory, but apparently Sirti s.p.a. was not able to do them, that is: change 3-4 telephone poles, pull a cable from the control unit to my house, activate the line. They passed (with all different teams each time) respectively on: 19/05/2020; 06/10/2020; 06/12/2020; 06/16/2020; 06/30/2020 (30 didn't even show up). 5 appointments in which the technicians did not even know what they had to do and asked me every time. Furthermore, following the first appointment, a deforestation was planned to facilitate the installation of the line, the deforestation was carried out, the main line was lowered at the field level and to date (30/06/2020) is still on the ground, with the risk that someone inadvertently could cut it. Incompetence and disorganization speak for themselves.

Unprofessional, uneducated and impolite. I finished work permits and no technician ever showed up at my house for a new TIM installation.
Blessed are those who work here, they do nothing all day. They don't even answer the phone.

Excellent service for managing telephone infrastructures and various networks

I have been waiting for a connection to the telephone line for a month for a house in Asolo! 4 your technicians came in 4 different days (working days lost for myself) and knowing that to pull a cable cabbage you have to be in 2, only 1 is present! Not to mention the rudeness of your technicians, I am undecided whether to send you my resume as you are probably lacking in technicians or taking steps ... I notice that I have almost finished the hours of work permit! There are people who work !!!
