I have been installing the fixed line in Feltre for over a month. Always different technicians who each invent different excuses for not doing the job. The first said that it was necessary to make a hole in a 60cm thick wall to easily enter the cable from the outside. Without the hole, the week after the second technician says that the first one should have told me that they would have gone to do it with the tessellator the next time and ok, job not done because they needed 2 technicians instead of 1. Third appointment at 15.00 they pass at 8.30 when they are at work and therefore obviously do nothing. On the fourth date they don't even show up !!! They make people waste a lot of time and do nothing. On the same building there will already be 10 fixed lines and the cables must pass them through the exact same places as the existing ones !! Pure madness.
