Pharmacists are chatting while patients are queuing. Then you get too little medication ... if you call is said 'then you have received a recipe home'. NOT SO. message sent via online file, it is said 'you just have to contact your pharmacy'. I have been helped in the pharmacy of your institute, you as an institute need to pick this up, but instead you let the patient go from cabinet to the wall to solve a problem that you have created. In any case, I know that the next time I will NOT refer to OLVG anymore.

was referred to a surgery here. I called to make an appointment and was told to wait for them to arrange it and wait for a soon call from them. Noone called for MONTHS! There is no way to get through either! what a disgrace
Bad bad bad parking costs are very high so I spent 8 hours in the hospital last week costs parking 36 euros I think it should be very free that is at least what you can offer you will already come with complaints about your health I am also sent home in January with corona and that is still nothing !! My surgery did not go smoothly after treatment is so bad that it has changed and damaged me personally feel abused literally and figuratively
Just had an operation there, what a great friendly and professional personnel! They took so good care of me and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. And we had some good laughs too. Thank you so much!
I have been trying to call the hospital for 2 days to make an appointment for a checkup. Firstly, I am on the phone for more than 8 minutes each time, after which I hang up myself. And if I get hold of them then I must have a referral letter for an inspection ???? Cooperation with OLVG is not good for this hospital.
Een waardeloos ziekenhuis krijgt van mij de duim naar beneden! omgang met patienten is niet normaal, worden behandeld als beesten. 3 uur wacht tijd bij ( spoedhulp), niet doen!
The worst hospital on earth, they don t care if you die, they don t listen to your symptoms, they put you in danger, they experiment without experience, do not go here.
Fast service, in admitting and X-ray everyone spoke English and great doctor advise on how to deal with my broken foot. Total time in and out with cast and crutches 2.5hrs
I give 5 stars to the ophthalmology department, I had an appointment in olvg east without my knowledge and so ended up in west. And I was just helped. My compliments!
I visited one of the dermatologists of the Department of Dermatology for a mole check-up and he suggested me to remove one mole on my chest. He said that the operation would consist of smoothening the existing mole to avoid an ugly scar on the skin. Another doctor (maybe still in specialization?) performed the operation and removed the mole as indicated by the doctor of the first visit. Few weeks after the operation, I noticed that the spot where the mole was removed was not really healing properly and, after a few more weeks, a new (very ugly) mole grew again on that spot. When I went to the initial doctor for the check-up, he told me this happened because of "bad luck". Is this a good explanation? I leave others to judge... but I would like to add that, when I later visited another dermatologist (for a second opinion) to show the new re-growing mole, he asked about the shape of the removed one and, when understood, he said that smoothening that type of mole is a very basic mistake that it is usually made at the first operation in the first year of specialization, not a mistake that an ordinary dermatologist should make.
We gave birth to our son at OLVG west. After he was 2weeks late we had to induce. The care of the teams, friendliness and professionalism was excellent! They were calm and respectful and the service was very good. We had 3 different shifts during labor and all teams were amazing. I felt in such good hands that I can truly say I had a very good birth experience. Thank you!
I am an American and I broke my ankle while traveling a few days ago. The doctors and nurses at OLVG West Emergency were incredible. One specific nurse, I believe his name was Ties, was with me the entire time and made me feel so safe. Thank you to the amazing team that helped stabilize my ankle so I could return home.
Balen, try to make an appointment but I have been busy for more than half an hour and have not yet succeeded. I'll try again later. TIP for the hospital why not call in a call-back service? Prevents a lot of time and irritation with your patients (customers)
Had terrible experience on first aid. Sickly sick son of 6 with appendicitis symptoms sent back to the doctor. I received a referral to another hospital there. Further threatened that a "note" would be made of our complaint. As if they don't want to see us in advance next time. Very unprofessional. Strongly not recommended.
Madness that waiting time for first aid. Three hours of waiting to attach a hand. Only after reclaiming at the Triage will you finally be helped. And so everyone who complained suddenly got priority. Ridiculous way of working. Under-utilization and not monitoring who is waiting for how long is mismanagement. They will never see me again in OLVG West
Long waiting times in comparison with the Acibadem. Took around 6 weeks before I had an appointment and also when you get there, you sometimes have to wait 45 minutes before it is your turn because of a delay. The doctors are friendly, staff at the desk usually less so. The system of MijnOLVG is very handy, nice that you can go through some results at home and through this system you can ask questions or make repeat appointments. The hospital looks outdated compared to OLVG Oost. Easily accessible by public transport.
Actually, this hospital is not worth 1 star. what I witnessed today at the first aid is really everything. Man displeasing !! A gentleman in hyperventilating panic came into a state of emergency for help. Can hardly talk of the breathlessness he was in. He had to give his passport for registration. mister staggering from the pain lays down on the counter ..... and now it comes "says the receptionist in question sir I can not go with your passport so I can not help you" Really serious! No words for it. A hospital must be a safe haven for everyone. And best receptionist without any empathy and a far too big ego for your position you can apply better at the Mc Donalds
