I wish there were a way to place zero stars. As a contractor, this company is terrible to work with. I have Vendor Contracts with over 30 Commercial & Residential Maintenance Companies throughout the U. S., and I have NEVER had an experience as terrible as this. I would not trust a word they say. They have not given me a very great first impression, are very demanding, and seem to be not very trustworthy.

I have had a very bad experience with them recently. Consecutive weeks of labor, 2 separate properties with trash outs completed, 2 lawn maintenances, and winterization with pressure test completed nearly over 2 months ago. I am STILL to this day getting the run-around on payments not received from them. Over 800 photos of before, during, and after but yet, the work supposedly not done in their eyes. This company obviously doesn't know what it is like to see some of these trash outs, how disgusting, and hazardous they can be and want you to charge pennies on it. The engagement letter process is not set up well, and the representatives dispatching jobs do not communicate well at all. They did not make their photo requirements very clear from the beginning. They had my email address wrong, but blamed me that the Property Preservation orders weren't addressed in a timely manner.

Single Source Property Preservation has made every excuse as to why they are always right, but state I am wrong with no attempts thus far to correct the non-payment situation at hand. I get a different person every time, and another line of excuses as to why the payment is delayed. Weeks to follow, no phone calls, I am still left wondering. I call back, they say I didn't do my job.

GARBAGE! Went to settlement in 07/18 never filed my house deed, had to call and complain, mailed out 03/19. They suck. Not to mention they sent a POSTDATED CHECK just to prolong. Never use this trash. BEWARE

Their appraiser asked for an under the table cash bribe to complete their appraisal, if we didnt pay we would have to wait another month. No phone numbers for this company work, it is a scam!!!!

As a busy mobile loan closer, I so appreciate SingleSource getting loan documents to me days in advance so if they are issues, there is time to work them out. No running around 30 minutes before signing time trying to print, process and drive to signings on time (which is dangerous for me). I can better serve the client by not being stressed out!! SingleSource sees to it and it is a true blessing!

Great company to partner and work with as a vendor. They send me steady work. I have done many closings for this company.

SingleSource used to be a company of integrity and was trustworthy, not anymore. They have implemented changes that all result in costing the vendor money. They have hired on a group of arrogant representatives that are very disrespectful. They think vendors are not intelligent enough to recognize the disrespectful handling of vendor rebuttals, invoice cut backs, and push back of payouts tactics. I personally was very disheartened to see this companies change for the worst.

Overcharge for appraisals. We're forced to use them because that's what my mortgage company is demanding and won't budge. Almost feels like extortion but apparently totally legal.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

They re unresponsive and delay closing for no reason other than their carelessness. They literally have no care for your time, your money, or your well being. It has been one of the worst experiences in my life. They destroyed what should ve been an amazing experience. Its really messed up that they re still in business or allowed to work on property sales.

Warning to all Third Party Title Companies... Don't waste your time, your money or your effort using this "company". WORTHLESS !!!!

By far the worst title company i have ever worked with. Completely incompetent. They don't respond. and when they do they are unprofessional. They do not know the laws in other states also. Not sure about PA but don't use them elsewhere for sure!!! I will never allow a client on either side of the transaction to use them again. I have been in real estate for 15 years and never seen a more screwed up transaction than this. I don't normally write reviews either but felt the need this time.

I am a local notary public who was contacted about my availability to complete a very last minute refinance with SingleSource. I accepted under the condition that the documents could be promptly sent over as I had a different appointment in just 3 hours. I was assured that would be no problem. After 8 follow up calls and nearly two hours of waiting I still had not received the closing package (each call I was constantly told "they will definitely be sent this time"). On my 9th call, I requested the manager who became irate when I mentioned I no longer had time to do the assignment properly (as I had another upcoming assignment)and that I should be compensated for my time lost. I was answered with "Ill compensate you by removing you from our panel, how about that!". Terribly unprofessional and unorganized company which I base completely off of this first and last experience with them.

They sent an appraiser from over an hour away who totally undervalued our property. They were completely unaware of the neighborhood and used comps from the wrong neighborhood. They appraised our house at $40,000 less than the appraisal we had JUST got done 3 months prior. Nothing about the property or the neighborhood has changed. They just sent us an appraiser who is not at all familiar with the town at all.

I had the worst experience with this company. I bought a house through them. They did not take care of my water bill. When I tried to switch water bill to my name, there was an outstanding water bill from previous owner. They didn't take care of it, now I'm reaching out to them almost on daily basis and it's not going anywhere. I wish I could have read these reviews earlier.

This company will force you to sign a hold harmless letter because they are too cheap to pay for a survey. Multiple errors on documents, 90 days past closing date and still haven't closed.

Terrible customer service. Terrible record keeping. Terrible company. I advise avoiding this company like the plague.

I've worked for this company for many years under a different company name. They always gave me steady work, were extremely efficient and I felt provided the customer with exactly was was requested in a timely manner. Their payout to partners such as myself are low for industry standard but the quantity of work made up for it. Partners like myself are the hands and eyes on the ground for those this company services and we can be trusted to provide top notch expertise and professionalism out here in the field where it is needed.

SingleSource is one of the most professional, efficient , and vendor/customer/borrower friendly companies that I have ever worked for in this business! They care about you and go out of their way to provide the utmost in service! I would highly recommend them!

This company is a joke. They did not send us the final loan policy 6 months after closing. Called them 20+ times but never got the document. We contacted Chicago Title and was told that they did not process the ALTA. We have put this company into our company blacklist. Avoid if you can

Terrible to deal with as a contractor. I had bad experiences with Five Brothers in the past so I was already extra careful with another property management company.

They turned out to be another disaster. Collecting payment is very slow. After getting approval to do a repair job I confirmed on the phone one last time before doing the job. After it was done and photos submitted they didn't pay. I have called them over and over for 3 months and each time I get a new story why they didn't pay. Now they state that I didn't do what they asked! I told the agent to pull up the photos and look at them himself and tell me that I didn't do the work.

So grateful to have been partnering with SSPS as a Notary Signing Agent. I feel valued by those with whom I communicate and work because of their respect, courteousness and appreciation for me and my role in the loan closing process. This reflects a true professionalism bearing high value. Documents are usually available well in advance of closing date for printing. Communication efforts are constantly improving and they're very prompt in responding to emails and phone calls (which is important because we are often dealing with time sensitive matters). Compensation is timely, consistent and very good.

SingleSource Property Solutions is serving many, many clients whom I also have the pleasure to serve. I appreciate that they trust me to represent them and their HOME values to some of their(our) many, many clients.

They delayed a cash deal by over a month past its due date with no explanation. No one ever returned an Email or a phone call. They sent a notary to execute the closing. That person had not clue what they were doing and had to ask the Realtor to explain most of the forms. They didn't fully clear the title to close by paying a lien on behalf of the seller. The list goes on and on.

This company was engaged by my mortgage company as a settlement agent to pay my property insurance per the escrow agreement. It is now 3 months overdue and due to be cancelled for non payment!! I cannot get anyone on the phone or to call me back. Complete scam company!

My partnership with SingleSource has been one of the best experiences ever!!! They rank HIGHEST in offering competitive signing fees as well as delivering timely and user-friendly loan packages. As a busy mobile notary, early receipt of loan documents is critical, as it allows time to print, review and prepare for the actual signing. SingleSource has demonstrated GREAT proficiency in providing such service. Most importantly, they remit payment in a very timely manner; I NEVER have to contact them to ascertain payment status. They are very deserving of a 5-Star Rating because they are the BEST!!!!

As a mobile notary, I am very busy printing, traveling to & closing mortgage loans. Single Source has been one of my best title companies to work for. Courteous schedulers & on time documents. I highly recommend!

Money was included for back taxes on our property and they never paid it...now the tax man is coming after me. Don't deal with these people.

I left work in the middle of my shift for the closing, after waiting 45 mins the realtor started calling to find out where their closer was; TWO hours later we were informed they were looking for a closer. They couldn't be troubled to call and tell us they didn't have closer (we only found out after calling them). I went back to work for a few more hours. Once we finally closed I was told that it wasn't actually closed and I could not have the key to my house; this was on a Friday, they knew they had screwed up, we talked to them yet they left the office anyway. I only got the key on Monday at 2:30 after I called around 11:00 and asked why hadn't anyone done their job and released the key. They are by far the most unprofessional company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They cost me money, wasted my time and never apologized for their many mistakes. I recommend avoiding this company completely; they are the absolute worst.

As a notary Single Source has been an absolute pleasure to work for over the last six months. The pay is fair and payment is timely. Scheduling and documents are usually early instead of same day. Those I have spoke to were courteous and helpful. I'm grateful for my partnership with them.
