I am a local notary public who was contacted about my availability to complete a very last minute refinance with SingleSource. I accepted under the condition that the documents could be promptly sent over as I had a different appointment in just 3 hours. I was assured that would be no problem. After 8 follow up calls and nearly two hours of waiting I still had not received the closing package (each call I was constantly told "they will definitely be sent this time"). On my 9th call, I requested the manager who became irate when I mentioned I no longer had time to do the assignment properly (as I had another upcoming assignment)and that I should be compensated for my time lost. I was answered with "Ill compensate you by removing you from our panel, how about that!". Terribly unprofessional and unorganized company which I base completely off of this first and last experience with them.
