Terrible internet provider. Literally the worst out of any apartment or home I have ever lived in, and I am not exaggerating this. Awful internet and even worse customer service. I have had problems with 2 devices connecting and each time it took 2-3 hours of being on the phone and they eventually get to the point of being robots who say the device has an issue and to contact the manufacturer over and over and over again.
I explained that the devices work fine on other WiFi networks in coffee shops / on campus / at friends homes. They continued to repeat that the device had an issue and there was no issue with the internet. These issues have yet to be resolved months later. I ve resorted to connecting my laptop to my phone s hotspot which is extremely slow, but still faster than single digits WiFi which disconnects continually and will not load.
I also happen to work at my current property and I have seen many residents come into the office complaining that their devices disconnected from the WiFi repeatedly, they contacted Single Digits and customer service was awful, and technicians who were scheduled to check the router onsite never showed up.
Avoid if at all possible and suggest to your management team that they switch internet service providers. I genuinely feel for you if you have no other option : -(
Internet speed cut from gigabit-ish to a strict and consistent 50/20 both support and complex denied any intentional change. As a network engineer that's complete nonsense.
Internet has been up and down all week since the device registration system got updated. Support confirms device is registered on my account but it still gets redirected to non-functional portal.
Can't imagine how this place is still getting business, probably cheap I guess. But anyway, it provides nothing but unusable internet: it cuts out every 3 minutes, and has bad pack loss constantly.
They are the top of their market in what they do, of course. That doesn't mean they are the best. Primarily rooted in hospitality and now MDU/student housing markets, they have a diverse portfolio. It is notable however that they also do not have a perfect track record either. From conflicts with Sales to hang ups on installs to poor support. They have great faith and effort, but they're growing far too fast without consolidating internally and it is showing now. When there is statements being made where if a media panel switch dies out, you're better off buying your own solution than waiting on support to mend the issue, there is clearly a deeper issue at hand.
I have been without internet for over a week and a half at my college apartment. They called to make an appointment time to come fix it. They came on the WRONG day when all of my roommates and I were in class. Now, due to THEIR mistake, we won't have internet till next week, assuming they don't screw up again. Don't even bother with customer support, they have no idea what they are talking about. Genuinely confused on how they continue to gain business.
They provide internet for my apartment complex and I will NEVER chose them to be my internet provider. If you have any choice, do NOT select them to be your provider. There have been multiple times when I do not have internet and if you need it for work/school it is extremely unreliable. I've lost internet anywhere from 2 days to 9 days at a time. Its gone down twice this month, within a week of each other. I keep calling their tech support to complain and ask when they will fix it and they keep apologizing and say they will call when it is up and running and I never receive a call when it is fixed. I do not recommend.
20 minute call to customer service to fix my ethernet port but all i get is the repeated message of your call is important to us please hold.
