I have been without internet for over a week and a half at my college apartment. They called to make an appointment time to come fix it. They came on the WRONG day when all of my roommates and I were in class. Now, due to THEIR mistake, we won't have internet till next week, assuming they don't screw up again. Don't even bother with customer support, they have no idea what they are talking about. Genuinely confused on how they continue to gain business.
