I never received the mail with the download. The webpage is intentionally designed to disallow contacts with any humans and the phone number on the web does not work. Disgusting

As a tinkerer and a man-lab maker, I am constantly on the vast universe of knowledge... aka Google. These guys are always replying to boards, forum threads and their software is the most highly regarded... and that s saying something when you see the reasonably hefty price typically the free software gets the love. Props to these guys.

Extremely hard to get a response from customer service.

Not possible to use the software offline. It's getting sold to run under Linux but has a lot of problems. Can't recommend it.

I purchased the software on line, and received only an email receipt. Not download link or license. I tried to access my account on line, but it won't let me cause my verification email was not replied to. I did not recieve a verification email. Frustrating.
