The representative was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Polite and efficient in spite of being understaffed. One person is not adequate to help multiple customers. She did well in spite of that.

Spent an afternoon trying to get someone at this location to PICK UP THE PHONE. You have maybe 30 seconds then a recorded message then ' No One Is Available At This Time....GOODBYE. Can't even leave a message. The goal is to get you to talk to a call center and keep store staffing minimal. This is the future, get used to it.

This location is convenient for me, and I experienced prompt service both when upgrading my phone and calling in with questions a few days later. I found the customer service representatives to be straightforward and courteous, and their pricing was transparent, unlike one of their competitors I recently shopped with a friend. Bryce, manager at this store, has been my go-to person for over a year. Bryce has moved up in the company since my first business encounter with him. Bryce is no longer at my neighborhood AT&T store. Because Bryce is so helpful and customer friendly, I traveled about 25 miles yesterday for his assistance. AT&T has a good employee here, and made a wise choice in moving him up in the company. I was denied service because of my service animal....

I was denied service because of my service animal. He made me wait in line for 15 minutes brute he rudely told me he wouldn't help me. I will never go back to this hole in the wall. AT&T said they weren't a corporate store. I drove 9 minutes to the one on chippewa and recieved WONDERFUL service. I think it was more than my why he Wouldn't serve us.

The day I went the guy that helped me seemed rushed due to he had more people in the store than he could handle alone. Not sure why they only had one person in there. He quickly answered my question while helping another customer and it wasn't even the correct answer. I went to the AT&T in the mall and they helped me resolve my issue.

These guys are phenomenal. Super helpful, caring, and honest. For those complaining about the phones not being answered, it's because these guys are giving us their full attention in store and I appreciate it very much. Highly recommend

Bryce is extremely rude & he talks to his staff like trash he was so rude to this poor girl that I was working with & was very threatening like black mail .. it was so weird like if she doesn t do what he says kind of thing . It was crazy but yes avoid this location Bryce is a HORRER !

Shopping for new phones and plan and received no recognition from the person working while he was closing out another client. Waited 20 min then asked how much longer he would be. He told us to shop online so we left and chose another carrier. Good riddance!

I'm not sure I ever got the fella's name that I worked with, but he worked me through a fraud issue and upgraded my phone during my time there. He was direct, informative and helpful, as helpful as I have ever experienced in customer service. He went over and above, even speaking to corporate on my behalf to resolve my issue.

I worked with Dianne today. She was wonderful. She did a great job informing me and helping me set up my new business account with AT&T. Very organized and informative. I recommend these guys for all you re business or personal AT&T needs.

Terrible experience to begin they only have two computers one for cash payment and another for credit card payments wow, upon arriving at the store I was not only not greeted but allowed by an employee be Brice or something to that effect he had no business cards available for customers really bush league, moving on I was allowed to sit there in the for 47 minutes before being told " a yo man I'm gonna be with these ladies for a minute you can go to another location down the street" this all happened at the S. Grand location, the store he so rudely refered me to then carried on laughing was the S.hampton location 4 miles away and it took me literally 2 minutes and 45 seconds to complete my transaction the moral of the review is don't patronize the SOUTH GRAND AT&T LOCATION !!!!

A young guy had my mom get a Motorola phone (she was very upset due to it being way to big and she told him she wanted a phone) instead of the Samsung Galaxy S7 claiming they were out. I personally got a hold of my moms insurance and got the Galaxy S7 right away!!!
