I've dealt with this store on two occasions; once for my mother-in-law and once for my mother. Alex, the Oakville technician, tried to help me fix my mother-in-law's 12yr old stair climber over the phone fom a different job site. To the point where he was requesting me send him pictures of the circuit board so he could help me debug it. In the end Alex came to the house and only had to replace the batteries. He's been excellent and I highly recommend him.
Aaron at the Oakville store was able to rush through a stair lift for my mom on short notice. Instead of having to wait for an install on a Monday, we were able to have it installed the Friday before. Aaron had to coordinate the install through their Toronto office and everything went without a hitch. From Aaron's original visit at my mom's house until the chair lift was installed was 2 days!

We are extremely happy with the Savaria Stairfriend that we had installed in our home. We looked at many different companies who offered similar product. Ultimately Silver Cross was our final choice. Aaron our sales rep was very professional and listen to all of our concerns. He was able to answer all of our questions and provide backup. Installers were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The whole experience went smoothly and without any issue. My dad now has the ability to move throughout the home safely.

I called Silver Cross because they were recommended by neighbours who have had years of satisfactory service from them. I did get other quotes, but they were by far the most reasonable with the best warranty. A salesman was out to measure and evaluate the space within days and followed up regularly to check the progress of modifications I needed to install.
The salesman returned to verify the measurements and the lift was installed within a week. The installer was efficient and meticulous making sure that it was operating correctly and ensured that I was at ease using it. I even had a follow up call from the salesman to make sure I was satisfied with the product.
I have the warranty tucked away and anticipate many years of worry-free use of my Silver Cross stair lift.
