I've dealt with this store on two occasions; once for my mother-in-law and once for my mother. Alex, the Oakville technician, tried to help me fix my mother-in-law's 12yr old stair climber over the phone fom a different job site. To the point where he was requesting me send him pictures of the circuit board so he could help me debug it. In the end Alex came to the house and only had to replace the batteries. He's been excellent and I highly recommend him.
Aaron at the Oakville store was able to rush through a stair lift for my mom on short notice. Instead of having to wait for an install on a Monday, we were able to have it installed the Friday before. Aaron had to coordinate the install through their Toronto office and everything went without a hitch. From Aaron's original visit at my mom's house until the chair lift was installed was 2 days!
