Bad service, complicated point system and a lot to take in as a new customer got so confused. I m a student very expensive for me. they didn t even tell me about the Groupon promotion that was going one and I didn t understand that if I tan once I can t buy the group one deal because I m will not longer be a new client and it s only for new clients. I m disappointed and the classic stand up machine is so old. Didn t feel so welcoming there.

great place usually no wait and knowledgable staff. i always enjoy my tan here. the place is clean and the results show they change their bulbs often
Very expensive, paid $40 for a maybe level 2 bed that had lights that clearly havnt been changed in while. Not worth and the lady at the desk was not very friendly.
The service was very good but the beds were horrible. I got zero color from a bed that I laid in for 15 minutes. I have an olive undertone and typically tan easy but I got absolutely nothing from this bed. Don't waste your money. Go someplace else!

Reliable place to get a quick tanning session. I only tan occasionally over the winter months for a mood boost and a light tan, and the staff isn t trying to upsell me on anything. Usually little to no wait time and mostly very friendly staff. Beds are good and seem to have gotten upgraded recently.
came here for a spray tan. I was greeted immediately by really nice staff, explained my options ( buy one get one free, which I bought), filled out a quick waiver on an ipad, and taken to the room.
the machine itself is open and airy. pretty sure its the Novel. the room had a closet for my stuff (shopping bags/clothes/jacket/boots). I lotioned up my hands and feet, covered my hair, and stepped onto the platform.
the spray was pleasant. no issues trying to breathe. the voice guided directions were easy to understand. it was over in about 5 minutes. I got dressed, left to a chorus of good-byes from the friendly folks, and went home.
The next day I rinsed off, put on moisturizer, and have a PERFECT spray tan. It was really easy. definitely could get addicted to looking like this.
Clean, good beds. . Unfortunately the woman working Saturday morning Jan 26 was rude, clearly unhappy to be there and annoyed at having to interact with me. Refused to offer her name.
Update. Manager apologized, explained the woman I encountered that morning was a fill in. Service and facilities since then have been very good. Manager is polite and efficient.
