I called Silver Cross because they were recommended by neighbours who have had years of satisfactory service from them. I did get other quotes, but they were by far the most reasonable with the best warranty. A salesman was out to measure and evaluate the space within days and followed up regularly to check the progress of modifications I needed to install.
The salesman returned to verify the measurements and the lift was installed within a week. The installer was efficient and meticulous making sure that it was operating correctly and ensured that I was at ease using it. I even had a follow up call from the salesman to make sure I was satisfied with the product.
I have the warranty tucked away and anticipate many years of worry-free use of my Silver Cross stair lift.
