As much as I love the coffee here, the baristas are constantly rude and dry in how they treat me. I also see how incredibly friendly they are to about 98% of their customers. This the most common form discrimination takes nowadays. It's sad to see racism is still alive and well.

Stopped here for lunch on a bike trip from Toronto to Guelph. Homemade iced tea was just what I needed. The espresso was top notch as well. I'll certainly stop by whenever I'm passing through.

When you first walk in the atmosphere is comfortable and casual, the staff deliver friendly and prompt service being greeted through the door. Decor was very mismatched resembling more a private home rather than a cafe. Coffee was as expected many varieties to select from and knowledgeable staff to help you. Food looked sub-par for the price. Overall worth a stop by, but more a regular shop for locals.
This place is great but unfortunately they have one sour apple working there. She is super grumpy every time I go in Coffee is amazing food is lovely and overall a nice place. Everyone else that works there is friendly.

Great staff that are always friendly and so prompt. The tastes of the espresso is quite smooth when compared to many other coffee houses. So many sweet treats to choose from, I really enjoy trying a new one each time and I am still yet to be disappointed.
When you first look at the menu it can seem daunting, but I just asked and they explained how it was categorized- since then I have been able to read it with no confusion.
The atmosphere is that of a homey coffee house. The noise level is moderate, which is nice if you ever have a group or come alone. It's located at the corner which allows for much natural light to make it a vibrant place.
My favourite drinks thus far: powered tumeric latte, matcha latte & dirty chai latte. I love how many dairy alternatives there are to choose from. The almond milk is by far the best tasting compared to many other almond milk flavours.
The only thing I would change about this place, are the amount of plastic lids that are used for the on-the-go cups. There are many alternatives out there that would not compromise flavour of the drinks. Other than that everything is spot on.

I really love this place and I look forward to getting my baked breakfast in the morning because it is delicious. However, over the past several times I have gone in the morning the muffins are never ready and I don t have time to simply wait for them. I love going here in the morning but i had to stop and resort to the bakery across the street (definitely not as good). I think that the baked goods should be ready to go before the store opens. It s a shame that I can no longer go in the morning because of this issue. I really hope you consider this post. Cheers!

Today we stopped by for our normal snickerdoodle coffee but decided to order lunch. The club sandwich and roast beef sandwich was so good with the mustard mayo! If you have a chance to visit Silvercreek make sure you check out the lemon cookies

I ordered a small coffee in a mug "for here", and was given a single-use cup and told it was because all the mugs were dirty. The shop wasn't very busy, and I could see clean mugs behind the counter. Not sure if it was because I ordered a small drink, but many people in the shop were also given single-use cups. If people are staying in, please give them mugs, or solve the issue with a bit of common sense and wash a dirty mug. Sustainability is really important to me as a consumer and I was a little confused and disappointed so I just left. It's our duty as consumers and businesses to reduce our waste, and was very disappointed to see most customers staying in with single-use coffee cups.

Great coffee. If you think it's pricey there is a reason, the quality is much higher! I would suggest the owner consider installing high quality sound dampers, they can greatly help with the noise when it gets really busy!

Such an amazing atmosphere! I always meet friends here for little coffee dates! alot of my friends are vegan and it has vegan options which is great because it accommodates everyone! They are also environmentally friendly because they support you bringing in your own mug or cup! I just wish it was open a bit later in the evening

Silvercreek cafe is a great place to go for lunch I have been going there for many years now. Even though of the owner ship change the cafe has continued to be great. I would recommend it to anyone in the area.
Please someone take hold of this shop and clean it up. Very grungy, not well maintained and it could be so nice. A super location with good coffee but mediocre food. Clean it up, decorate it appropriately, give it the love it needs and you would have a goldmine! Such a shame!
Good food but very pricy. I miss the old layout inside but the staff is always great. Menu keeps changing sadly and a lot of the good items come and then go, never to return.
Has free WiFi though so I spose that's a win.

Visting the town for the first time, stopped in for a late afternoon coffee. The baristas were both great. We had a great conversation about the things to do in town, if the opportunity comes up, we will definitely be back. The coffee is great btw, I should have bought some beans. Next time!
Free wifi, great ambience for a work from home day. Had a thai soup and a scone that I would definately go back for.

I've been in the cafe a few times with friends for a drink. I enjoy a latte, however it has become a treat for me because the drinks are overpriced. The atmosphere is lovely, however the steep prices for some of their more basic( and not as delicous) drinks has me heading to Starbucks, not staying and enjoying a good cup of joe.
I had a very unpleasent exchange with one of the employees here. I ordered the mac and cheese and when the employee asked me what size, I said regular, only to have her ask it again and roll her eyes. I understand that you have to be efficient and it was fairly busy at the time I went, but rolling your eyes to a customer? Really?
My experience only became worse when my friend ordered. The cafe was full and there were no seats available, but a group had left and so we decided to stay. A mistake. When we asked to get it to go, she then snapped at us, saying "Is it for here or to go?" with all this attitude. We didn't stall a line, my friends were the only ones in it, so there wasn't a good reason why exactly she had been so nasty to us.
Finally, when our food was ready, she called out our name. I get up to go get it, except she shoves me out of the way and continues to call my name. I get her attention before she slams down our food onto a table and shoves cutlery at us. Some of the mac and cheese spilt on my friends plate.
Overall, the food may be good, but I feel sorry for you if you had to deal with this woman. If she was like this to my friends and I, I can't imagine how she is to other customers.
