I'm told that this is the original Shari's restaurant. Great service and tasty food! Best Shari's restaurant so far!

Great food a bit pricey, our waitress was off God to get help from the other staff

It a very good American restaurant with luscious deserts (pies)!!! I've eaten there many times and the staff seems to have a great attitude toward their patrons throughout the 24 hour day. Thanks for the opportunity to commend the Hermiston, Oregon restaurant!!

The best customer service in town! Food is excellent and the manager is absolutely amazing. He runs a thight ship Thank you, ladies for making my visit perfect everytime!

Had a small group meeting and they accommodated us very nicely. Not to loud so we were able to discuss and have a light meal. Service was great!

The food is good, the atmosphere is clean and efficient; it is a bit pricey, though.

Very slow service, 17 min for oatmeal and 2 egged toast ,sent back water we ordered no ice came with ice. she got no tip from us :(

Lunch was good, but the service was a little slow. I have decided the next time I go for breakfast I shall have pie and coffee. Life is too short not too!

Service is mediocre. And so is the food, just depends on the time of day and who is working.

Went for lunch. I was sat right away, but took a little bit for waitress to come by. When she did, she was very nice. Took a bit to get my food. Ordered the Tuscan chicken salad. It was fresh and tasted great. Asked if I wanted dessert and made sure I didn't need anything else before leaving the check.

Been here twice. Service has been good and will come back again. There are a few pies that the four family members have picked as favorites. Looking to explore the menu as we just moved to Oregon.

The people that work here take pride in filling the customers orders.

Shari's is great for those late night shenanigans. Especially when nobody else is there. The wait staff can be hit or miss, as I have had wonderful servers as well as mediocre servers. Sometimes the wait is longer than it should be. Love those pie shakes though.

We went in and were seated are away, got our drinks. We waited for 30 before someone came back to take our order. We then waited over 45 minutes for our food and went to ask how long it would take. Our food was cold when it was finally served. We will not be going back. Very disappointed with this place

Chain restaurant. American food. Good place to meet up in small groups so everyone can find something they can eat. Breakfast with coffee is always a favorite.

This is my favorite place to eat! Not only do you get the most bang for your buck, the people are amazing!

Waitress was clearly overwhelmed. Forgot parts of the order, waited for long times for refills. During Covid, the place was empty. There is no excuse for it.

I am 58 years old, the first time I ate here was when I was 3. I took my son to Richland 8 years ago to see his grade father for the last time. I drove all three of us down to hermiston to show him we're we had lived while my family worked on McNary damn. When I saw Sheri's I had to buy a whole strawberry and rhubarb pie. Ended up eating the whole thing by my self. Yum. If I make it till fall I am going to see if order one again. Very. Good place. Thank you for still being there. Rowdy.

The service was friendly and attentive. The food was very good looked like picture on the menu. Apprx $12 per person (without gratuity)

Love the pies. Every holiday I buy a few. It saves me from getting frustrated about not making them right and these taste great!!! It's a win, win!!!!
I also love their milkshakes. My kids share the leftover and I get the glass. It's a great deal.

The employee who was there was working alone and when she didn't have what was needed to make a Shirley temple, she gave me a piece of pie for free and my friends and I thought she was really nice and kind.

Not from here. Came in to have some brunch. Before seen my husband at the prison. Wait ten minutes to get seat. My server did ask me if I want anything else to drinks beside water . The place was very cold in the restaurant. Also she did ask me how I was doing and the food took for ever. Bad service

Excellent Blueberry Sour Creme Pie, a small twist of switching the blackberries with blueberries made it a whole new flavor combo.

Takes forever to get your food ordered and even longer to get to be able to eat it. Food is decent and prices aren't terrible.

It was nasty will never go back. Right after My husband and I get our food the guy next to us find ANTS in his salad. He was so nice about it but that was enough for me pluse it was super slow and the waitress seemed to be on drugs

Typical just like all the Shari's Cafe that I have ever been to in Oregon. It must be part of there policy to ignore anyone that plays the video Poker. Its not because they are busy waiting on customers either. I normally don't go to play video poker until super late never have I seen more than 2 tables with customers eating. Anyone playing has to go track down someone to get change and to cash in winning tickets. No employee's ever come to playing room until then and they all act like it's gonna kill them to scan a ticket and hand someone some cash.

The service was amazing!! The main food was okay, but the pie and milkshake is out of this world!
