I phoned the company to receive the contact of the person in charge of assistance in my area, the office answered and was very helpful even though it was close to opening. Their manager for the province of Venice, Massimo D. B., is very professional, honest and fast! I found myself very well and I will rely on him in the future.
The previous representatives were very rude and greedy, Silvelox has made a big leap in quality by changing the reference service center!
Their doors are very difficult to service, sure they look amazing but I had two garage doors installed from them in 2001 and we had to replace the motor 3 times already! Maintenance is a total
hassle because they use proprietary components and spare parts are not easily available. Stay away from them because the customer service is just non existent since they work with local partners in each country and are not related at all to Silvelox.
I bought a sectional a little over a year ago. I can say that they are great sellers of shoddy products with non-existent support. In fact, about 2 months ago the upper pulleys of the sectional were broken. I asked the seller for warranty assistance for the repair but still nothing at 50 days from the request. The advice that the seller gave me a couple of weeks ago was not to use the door because when opened it could give in with the weight and fall. To date, still nothing after 50 days from the request for intervention .... and it's been 2 weeks since on the advice of the seller I can't open the sectional otherwise it could fall !!!!!! Crazy

In 2013 I bought a sectional door, they wanted the balance of the invoice before delivery and this already made me think. In recent years, the assistance of the company has been painful. I needed more interventions also because the initial assembly was not carried out perfectly. Fortunately for me, I found a technician, not an employee of the company, who solved several problems for me. Do you think that after a year from the purchase the company went bankrupt, the new company did not assist the old customers. I found myself out of the blue with no guarantee. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I think that, at the next inconvenience, I will change the door with one from another company, perhaps less beautiful but certainly more functional and less expensive ..... I will inquire first to see the reviews received .... SILVELOX goodbye ...

I just told what happened to me. I bought a door from the old Silvelox, which I considered a good company and for this reason I chose it. After a year I needed assistance, I called Silvelox and was told that the new property is not responsible for the old management, and this, in my opinion, is not correct towards the 'old' customers. So how can I trust a company that does not assist the old (one year) customers of the company it has acquired? Best regards
