Boyd Management Review

I gave one star because I can't leave it blank... Really and truly, they deserve negative stars. The site manager at Falls Park Apartments is rude and racist. When you call for maintenance, nobody answers or calls back. The only time you can get anyone to answer is when they happen to come to the Apartments. They don't fix problems the residents have until they have the Big bosses come by to inspect the property and still its half done. At one point, the site manager and maintenance guy were accused of stealing from the units. Also, the Drug deal that happen and drunk tenants at the childrens playground is ridiculous. Very dissatisfied with this company.

Never in my life have i ve been so disgusted my mother died and they threw her property in landfill which is a lie because the table was worth $3000 in the bedroom suit over $2000 so who sends out to landfill or better yet keeps it for themselves. They pass the buck on each other but I guess Dishonoring the deceased doesn t bother them you have ruined a family for life hope that makes them happy don t rent from them worst people in the world

Their Corporate Office will not call back! They Violate their own lease! Enter into residences without notice! They like the druggies, & Alcoholics because other people will not put up with them! The building is not up to code at all after a so called remodeling job! I have had sewage leak on me through the vent in bath while on the toilet! Electricity and water doesn t do anything but kill! The Old manager made threats, my folder came up gone for a month or longer when she left! The new one has the maintenance guy painting playing house NOT FIXING THINGS THAT NEED TO BE! File a complaint We Have rights they raise the Rent BECAUSE OF GREED! I CAME HOME FROM ARTERY SURGERY TO FIND THAT THEY ARE GOING TO EVICT ME BUT NO REASON! I DON T TALK TO THESE PEOPLE! WELL ITS TIME TO TURN THE TABLE! VENGEANCE IS GODS HE WILL GET IT!

I wish I could give this place a zero, the 2 folks I spoke to at corporate office today were terrible 1 told me that I should get a house if I want peace and quiet, the other told me they don t take calls at this number and hung up rather than provide me with a corporate number. I can t wait until the partners who paid so much money for these places to show back up on the property I ll have plenty to say.

At Sherwood Forest Apartments in Lugoff, SC : A great place to live. Spacious apartments with appliances, dishwasher, washer and dryer hookup in Landry Room, private balcony, Central heat and air. Well maintained inside and outside. Security cameras surveillance 24 hours a day. Staff is courteous, professional, and attentive to the needs of the residents.

Extremely friendly lady answered the phone on a Wednesday. Very pleasant to talk to.

Five stars for a company that truly cares about their staff. When a company cares about their staff, it causes the employees to have a real pride in their work ethic. We truly want the best for our residents & we push hard daily to ensure our properties are clean, maintenance is efficient and responds quickly, and that we listen to the needs of our residents.

We love meeting new applicants and showing our property to future residents or guests. We get great compliments from visitors every time, saying that we have a beautiful place & they want to live here. It makes the filling process effortless. Boyd gives us top quality subcontractors and vendors to keep our property maintained and standing out amongst the rest.

Upper management has great attitude and works so hard to keep all of our paperwork accurate and questions answered. I ve worked for large corporations before, and Boyd just really knows how to be involved & take care of all needs - employees & customers! Also, AMAZING benefits. Thank you!

Excellent property management company that is cutting edge in its field. I have been a part of this company for over a decade and appreciate their professionalism and commitment to their staff. They are highly respected by outside agencies and vendors and admired by their residents. The management and maintenance staff in the field are dedicated to making their residents truly feel at home in their communities and it shows with retention and occupancy ratings that stay so very high. It's great to be on a winning team at BMI!

I ve been working with this great company for nearly 8 years so far. As with any task/job in life, we get out what we put in. Hard work does not go unnoticed here. They believe in promoting from within the company and offer lots of training and support.

If you are a self-motivated, positive thinking, team player who enjoys people and appreciates the opportunity to serve others, then I would venture to say a career in property management would be something you would enjoy. If you re not that type of personality, then you may not enjoy it...and possibly be one who would leave negative comments in a review board.

Boyd Management is known for being one of the best management companies in the business. They didn t get there by delivering mediocre management. Make no mistake, Boyd Management standards are high and all are expected to perform to the best of their abilities. This is why we have continual group and individual trainings and a great support system.

Lastly, I must commend them for their immediate action they have put in place to ensure the safety of all their staff & residents during this Covid-19 pandemic.
