In 2013 I bought a sectional door, they wanted the balance of the invoice before delivery and this already made me think. In recent years, the assistance of the company has been painful. I needed more interventions also because the initial assembly was not carried out perfectly. Fortunately for me, I found a technician, not an employee of the company, who solved several problems for me. Do you think that after a year from the purchase the company went bankrupt, the new company did not assist the old customers. I found myself out of the blue with no guarantee. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I think that, at the next inconvenience, I will change the door with one from another company, perhaps less beautiful but certainly more functional and less expensive ..... I will inquire first to see the reviews received .... SILVELOX goodbye ...

I just told what happened to me. I bought a door from the old Silvelox, which I considered a good company and for this reason I chose it. After a year I needed assistance, I called Silvelox and was told that the new property is not responsible for the old management, and this, in my opinion, is not correct towards the 'old' customers. So how can I trust a company that does not assist the old (one year) customers of the company it has acquired? Best regards
