We have just returned from a week we had excellent days both in terms of the room overlooking the pool and the Al Inc! Usive service we will recommend this hotel to our friends and we are willing to return the staff in the top

Incredible all inclusive place. The hotel has a private beach and is right in the city center. There is a full car rental nearby. There are also 2 adjacent restaurants that are part of the all inclusive package.
Kosher food is not important to them cooking non-Jews in the Italian restaurant can eat Salomon fish in olive oil and the reef committed not to mix meat with fish.

This holiday was honestly amazing. Clean rooms, lovely, friendly staff, from reception to the bar and even the lovely cleaning ladies. The hotel is so close to the shops and cafes. Our room was directly in front of the pool so our view was dreamy. The hotel is right on the beach and makes for lovely romantic evening walks. The meals are buffet style. There is so much choice from salads to deserts to mains there is something for everyone. My husband and I never got bored of the food. In 7 days we only ate out twice. The bartenders were so friendly and such a good laugh. Fruit was served daily poolside which I thought was such a lovely touch. On my husband's birthday we went out in the morning to buy a few things and came back to the room to find a cake, a bottle of wine and a personalised letter from the general manager. I have never visited a hotel that puts so much effort into making sure all their guests are happy and looked after. We did not want to leave. We plan on going back as soon as we can. Thank you to each and every member of staff who made our holiday unforgettable.

Everywhere is clean and up kept to a beautiful standard. The staff are always happy to help and very friendly the whole hotel was very welcoming. Food was lovely lunch and dinner time.

Perfect place to vacation, delicious food, diverse, high-level staff. Everywhere clean, 3 beaches, sun loungers and parasols undamaged, plenty of drinks, I just have no comments and I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is all-inclusive 4 *, food is acceptable, everything is okay, but the beach ... but in this region it s everywhere, if you wish, you can walk 20-30 minutes from the hotel to find what you need or 10 minutes by car for 10 euros )

Only our second night here, but we'll located, nice layout, good food, and great value. A few discrepancies from the website we booked on, I.e. it said kid free and there's a few here, and said we should get a DVD player in the room- we don't.

Great hotel but unfortunately some dishes must be checked because it was not too much the property and a water leak in room 210

Hotel with two couples there. Hotel clean well staff very friendly, but the restaurant use two other hotels, including the pool, which for 's Glaros maybe enough, but not for three hotels. The beach chairs and pads unclean, broken, about 60Liegen and only 12 parasols. Have booked. Al., in the hotel full board with possibly some drinks. The Glaros never again

Class resort. There are twice a year with great pleasure. We call it 2nd coming home.

In general, here you can and should stop for a short time. I do not even want to find fault with anything ... Why, in the end, we did not come here to live ... Everything for rest is available. Nice hotel but very noisy difficult to sleep a full night without being woken up. The rooms are decent, the bathrooms are very small however the buffets are perfect, very varied and excellent food.

Well located hotel with very friendly staff, excellent food. Minus is that rooms are quite outdated and if you have a sea view room you will suffer from noise coming from the club scorpio.

Everything is fine, a varied bed, a beach, a lot of variety, for every taste, beach rest areas, no need to take up sun beds at 8.00 in the morning, free wi-fi takes on the beach by the sea, the staff is very friendly, very beautiful hotel, in Cretan style villages, small two-storey houses, with balconies, lots of greenery, plumbing is not old, comfortable mattresses, only one Russian channel is on TV - the first one, only mosquitoes are tortured at night, you need a remedy for mosquitoes! hotel!

Nice place for your money. The beach is not bad, but the sand is hot (it was in June), the bottom is rocky. The buffet is good. The staff unobtrusively helps in everything. The entertainment program leaves much to be desired, average. But there are plenty of places to go around.

Hotel in the city, extra schopping very large, food counted 10 out of 10 for me used to vacation in Greece, hotel to study for people with cart but for anyone with cane or crutch complex too large, clean room and complex very well, staff very helpful , hotel to do, and also quite frequented by French speakers

Great hotel center, most of the staff is pleasant.
Due to the current sanitary conditions the buffet is slightly different but it is very well managed. The food is very decent.
We found it unfortunate that there was no entertainment however we found a way to spend our time between the beach and the 2 swimming pools without any problem.

Excellent hotel close to the center of Hersonissos. Were from 19 to 26 July, from 25 July the repair service on the menu ended and the buffet version began. There is no animation yet. Cretan style hotel, green, cozy area. For families and families with children. 2 beaches, one in the form of a small lagoon with a sandy entrance and the second open small pebbles, at the entrance to the water there is a natural slab, it would have been more convenient with ice boulders, but we could manage without them.
I would go back to this hotel.

The hotel is great. Recommendable in 100% Friendly and helpful service. Tasty food. Everyone will find something for himself. Evenings with animator (Alexia) fantastic.

Great hotel very well located between sea and city. Beautiful restoration, it's been 3 times that I come.

Very nice hotel in traditional Greek style, almost all the staff are friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and fairly varied only dessert and breakfast was quite monotonous but there is plenty of choice just a pity that it was always the same fruit and the same cold vegetables. The room was okay only the bathroom was much too small there was air conditioning in the room and is really needed there. You are close to the sea with a private beach, there are 2 swimming pools, 1 with salt water and another just sweet.

Hotel directly by the sea and the city too, with car rental, shops for excursions, souvenir shops, food ect ...
The Hotel has 2 swimming pools, Italian, Asian and American restaurants, included with the exclusive all.

A wonderful place, family or couple. A haven of peace located at the doors of a shopping street where you can stroll, after a delicious meal at the varied and excellent buffet of this hotel. The staff is very pleasant and caring for its guests. Sports activities every day for those who want to work out with a smile. A hotel that looks like a small Cretan village highly recommended for an unforgettable stay. We will go back !!!

A nice Cretan village;) a lot of flowers and greenery. 2 pools. Close to a small beach. Fight for sunbeds. Same center with shops. Food good. Great heat. 2 restaurants to choose from 1x per stay.

Nice, if small, room. We had a small balcony with a direct sea view. Highly recommended to book it that way.

I was passing by, so I recommend only in appearance, but the attitude of the Greeks is positive for tourists, also after another glass winka recommend Kreta generally, and I live in semiramis village hotel and a piece to go in each direction, but nevertheless recommend strongly ;-)

Hello just back from Crete yesterday and can only say that silva beach is super great food great and the staff was great. Only in the second week a whole horde of students arrived and can not behave was not nice after all, it is a four star hotel and described with very calm. but otherwise always happy

We have just returned and had a wonderful holiday in this hotel! They are doing their very best in terms of corona measures and are making the most of it.
The service is very good, no menu as described in previous reviews. The buffet is open as usual, but you are not allowed to serve yourself, so you stand in line and indicate what you want. The food was fine and varied, always with something tasty! We thought it was a shame that there was no egg station (where you can have an omelet or the like made fresh, for example). also eg the boiled eggs were cold, would be better if they would keep them warm. The water that is served is really not tasty (cloudy), so we always took water with bubbles, which was nice.

Most everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Only the employees at the reception we found grumpy and curt, this was very unfortunate. We especially enjoyed Egladina and Damian; super friendly and they were always in a good mood! We could laugh at them :)

The room was completely fine, quiet and big enough. The shower was okay, bed was very nice. Cleaning was less due to corona, they did replace everything, but did not clean the sink and mirror in 10 days, for example, which we thought was a shame.

The location is great, close to everything and opposite a delicious coffee shop. They have 2 pools, 1 with salt water and 1 normal.
A big irritation for us were the towels on the sunbeds. The rules state that you are not allowed to reserve them and then nothing is done about this. At 8 in the morning everything was already full and then sometimes they only show up after 12 o'clock, really scandalous. I really think the hotel has a job in this, just get the towels off or some other system for it.
We really enjoyed it, so the hotel is definitely recommended. The reason it does not get 5 stars is because of the small points for improvement, which we hope the hotel will do something with, then we will definitely come again in the future!

Pleasant stay do not change anything but happiness. Staff, impeccable manager we will come again.
