NdnI maAll inclusive, 2 large pools and free sunbeds on the beach, no need to get up super early to put your towel out. Food is good in main restaurant and there is a American and Mediteranean available to book.

Everything is very good and healthy. Cleanliness around, food is varied, staff are very friendly and open to communication. Thanks to the hotel staff for relaxing at such a difficult time.

Superb situation food top only flat cocktails not up to the standards the staff in the hotel would benefit from being a little more smiling limited in terms of service !! And to finish the bathroom is bcq too small but all that is details because we had a dream holiday to recommend for the idyllic location
Nice hotel. Located directly on the stone beach. Room nothing special, was ok. Eat good. If you walk out of the front of the hotel, you are directly on a shopping street, where you can stroll over it in the evening.

We had a great time at the Silva Beach Hotel because of the great location in the city center, pools and beach at the top. What about the food except that it was really top with different buffets every day and a lot of choices. The Italian restaurant is great and too rich ... Room ok but a little noisy especially street side. Great family holiday, very relaxing
Very good staff and service. Kids are not entertaining. The only people in the venerable age of October are youngsters, so there is no room for young people to work in the evenings.
Well, we had to make our bed ourselves. It was cleaned every other day. But here it is not quite correct either. Even when it was cleaned, we had to make our bed. You got water the day it was cleaned. If you wanted more water, you were referred to the supermarket.
Why all inclusive?
The employees were very friendly. But it is management that makes wrong decisions.

It is a superb hotel which is located on the beach, it has several bars including 1 near the beach, its rooms are beautiful, not too small so good size ... with a small balcony perfect for a table and two chairs ! We are covered with wind in the grounds of the establishment because the wind is strong enough at the edge of the beach so it is a plus point! For pools one of them is big and is not displeasing to us! The restaurant then hang on you .... everything is super good dessert including! This is the first hotel that does its dishes so well and dessert in all inclusive that I could do! I highly recommend it, go there with your eyes closed.
Despite the covid restrictions the hotel do ever to make your stay normal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Rooms are traditional but clean.pools are lovely. Definitely come back.

Magnificent setting. A very large buffet and a lot of choice of meals. Very correct cuisine, I went in September 2015 and frankly no complaints. Impeccable room service, amazing view, close to the shopping street and very fun to party too. The "Palm Beach Club" is a place I recommend by the way.

Friendly staff, all inclusive with variety of good foods and drinks. Clean, close to the beach and main street. Great location. However, our room didn't have a view. We had street/alley view but it was quiet. Great spa with professional staff. You should try a jet lag massage!

No noise in the rooms (hotel side), the maids are careful and do not disturb early in the morning.

The hotel is located in the heart of a very busy street (shops restaurant bars, tour agency car rental ...)

Excellent hotel. We went as a family of 5 and had 1 suite for 3 of us, that also came with a reserved cabana and a villa for the 2 teenage kids. The hotel put is right opposite each other to make it easy. The hotel is situated on a busy main road, that to be honest was a bit disappointing but once you enter the hotel you are in an oasis that is quiet and like a little village. The busy main strip is actually great for a walk out and for shopping, or if you fancy a livelier night out. Silva Beach only does all inclusive. Food was fantastic and kept the whole family satisfied and catered for all taste and ages. It is buffet but there are also 2 table service restaurant you can use as part of the all inclusive dral. Booze is good but like all inclusive deals, I did feel that it wasn't as strong as branded drinks. Villas, pools, restaurant and grounds were spotless and very well maintained. There are some villas that are split off from the main hotel, didn't go in them but there are some other reviews about these. 2 pools, one down near the private beach which is chlorinated like a standard pool and one in the center of the hotel which is a salt pool, do not open your eyes underwater in the salt pool, stings like hell but nothing permanent, trust me wear goggle's. Lovely pools at a perfect temperature though. As with all of Greece you cannot put toilet paper down the toilet, had me worried for a start but take some scented bags, eat plenty of fibre and you will be fine, no where near as bad as I thought it would be. Weather was fantastic, very hot with a nice breeze and sea was warm and clear. Airport is very small. Would go again.
