I first moved into 119 South 2 years ago and have been loving it since! The staff is professional and maintenance performs all of their work orders in a timely manner. The management company does a great job with keeping up with the grounds and making sure the community is well kept. If you're looking for an apartment, I highly suggest them!

This post is about where I am now. I have been with Signature Property Group for 3 months and I finally feel at home with a company. Like every place I've worked at and company I have worked for there are challenges each day. But every Signature employee I have spoken with has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and have shown me true team work.
The owner of Signature has shown his true heart. This year is the company's 30th Anniversary and since we are not able to have the huge party that was planned for him and his employees, he is giving a donation in each employees name to the charity of their choice.
I am blessed!
Just touring around properties and found this one. Pretty nice apartments. Not looking to move soon, but will definitely consider in the future.
I will not patronize any company with such poor values. Thanks but no thanks. Be careful who you rent from.
Amazing company! I loved interning with Signature Property Group and learned so much. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and overall it was an incredible experience. Highly recommend!!
The leasing agent Suzanne is not an honest woman. The company and its manager Dakota have no integrity. If they tell you something you can be assured they will not see it through. Employees lie to potential leasers. They ask that you document every conversation and will say it was your responsibility to have proof of something they said. They say that they will document it and fail to do so. This company has no follow through and will try to refer you to the fine print. This company and its workers lack the ability to be transparent. Employees hang up on you and don t call back and if you ask for the manager Dakota the same poor quality of customer service can be expected. He also lied about the corporate office number. He is disrespectful and talks over you. The property it s self is not appeasing to the eye. Don t waste time driving around it. You will be very disappointed.
I recently visited one of your communities and it was absolutely stunning!!! I think the part I loved the most was the tidy atmosphere. I lived in North Carolina all my life, and apartments have been popping up all over the place recently. As soon as I entered the office at the community, I felt a sense of home. I have visited a few other properties in the area and I was not toured due to my move-in date was not until later in the year. I found the leasing staff to be the best I have run into. I am looking forward to becoming a resident.
Thank you for making my stay in my apartment wonderful. You guys are the best in the business.
The service was excellent as well as the food. It was my first time eating at the restaurant and I will be revisiting it in the near future.
