The guys from this showroom are very helpful, I really enjoyed the deal done with them.
I just had my car serviced there yesterday. This is the nicest, most friendly Toyota dealership I have ever encountered. They personally drove me to the train station and picked me up there as well while my car was being serviced. They called to verify all the costs and explained everything the car needed in detail and were very honest and reasonable. Best of all, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership for purchase and service of your car!
Staff were professional and attended my service request on time. Was loaned an electric bike which which had a speed limit of 25kmps, so it was fun to ride. Service of the car was good, received a warranty card at home for the next year part of the service warranty.
No respect, No importance to the regular customer who did maintenance every year at this service center. Had a very bad un-bearable experience yesterday...
I had a great trust on them and referred many of friends and colleagues as an expat we always looks for trusted but with yesterday's experience we totally lost the trust gained.
I purchased Prius 2013 Plugin in 2017, got a break down problem yesterday morning and none of them had given any support at-least to move the car to their center. Keep on saying, they are not nearest. From the place, car broke down it's not even 15-20mins drive for them.
With lot of trouble, moved to another Louwman center but they are also giving very bad experience and saying they can only speak Dutch. I'm wondering is this how Louwman treats their expat customers?
Hoping for some good response when i see them today in-person. I felt like to moving the car to the place where it was serviced before.
