Employees lie to potential leasers. They ask that you document every conversation and will say it was your responsibility to have proof of something they said. They say that they will document it and fail to do so. This company has no follow through and will try to refer you to the fine print. This company and its workers lack the ability to be transparent. Employees hang up on you and don t call back and if you ask for the manager Dakota the same poor quality of customer service can be expected. He also lied about the corporate office number. He is disrespectful and talks over you. The property it s self is not appeasing to the eye. Don t waste time driving around it. You will be very disappointed.
