My sister is a patient at your facility....the patient care and re-hab services appears to be average to good, there are always levels for improvement. My concern is the phone system. The phone in her room is consistently inoperable ,as it is the week of Feb. 5, 2018, the phone rings constantly. When I'm transferred to the nurses station for additional information, the phone isn't answered nor are the voice mail messages responded to! When patients receive phone calls it keeps them stimulated mentally and verbally.
PHONE CALLS ALLOWS PATIENTS TO KNOW PEOPLE STILL CARE.
