I will now need to pursue a second reconstructive surgery if possible.

Badly managed Billing Office. I like my doctor so I go to this office. But each time I pay a bill they do not apply it correctly and then it takes 6-12 months to clear the situation by sending t a fax copy of the canceled check 10 - 15 times. They submit incorrect information to collection agency and your credit rating suffers!

No one putting in system my payment and allso an half an hr wait even though no one in front of me I asked for help sec at payment said hold on we r having a conv.ok fine then when asked for whole bill she gave me everything but total I asked for help she said no I dont want to use a cal.

They Failed 6 times at inserting a needle management was terrible after trying to lecture me about how professional their service is my wife proceeded with the delivery just to be surprised with the negligence of their that they have left a huge piece of plus center worst tramatizing experience ever I have every intention on telling the world how horrible this experience was

One star is too many at this place. 25 Libby St. The cardiology front desk staff are SOOOO unprofessional. First time at this clinic and it will be my last. This front desk Cape Verdean lady seen when I arrived. She was on the phone so I understand she was busy so I continue to wait. She then gets off the phone and proceeds to do something else. 5 minutes later I open my appointment letter to read who was the doctor I was seeing. If I didn t do that, I ve stayed there waiting for her unprofessional rear end to say nothing. So tired of these ppl all over the city with so much anger and hate in their hearts. I wish I was in Boston and not dealing with these ungrateful ppl that come from other countries!!!!!!!! Learn how to be a professional Customer Service Rep! That simple!

The staff was very nice until the last day when they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my daughter. Got discharged at 5pm, at 10pm had to rush her in but this time took her to a different hospital.

I went here for routine blood labs for my doctor. Quick and painless. Filled out some paperwork. In and out the door in 10-15 minutes.

WORSE HOSPITAL EVERRRRR... i waited 2 hours and 45 mins to be checked up. When I was in so much pain.

They need to make things clear. They did not explain the test until 5 minutes earlier. They said when they put something up your nose there is no pain but that is false! They kept me in the room alone for like 45 minutes. Seriously!

We are very disappointed with the care at this hospital. We have had a family member here for over two weeks and the care has been very poor.

The nurses are very unresponsive when we buzzed them and even going to the nursing station requesting a nurse did not improve their follow up.

Additionally, when going to the nursing station repeatedly with five or six people at the desk, no one would speak with us and ask us if we needed help.

Food would arrive late, with no silverware.

It is very frustrating to pay the high cost of medical care and receive such poor quality.

The last straw that prompted me to leave this review was seeing a mouse run across the patient s room patient.

I gave birth to my first baby there. They took a good care of me.

Have never had a negative experience due to the hospital itself or staff

This place is rotting. It's the most rundown building I've ever been in i cant believe it's a medical facility. My childs pediatric doctor was very good but i dont think anything could motivate us to go back there. The neighborhood Is extremely sketchy. Switched insurance immediately to escape this hole.

After we were seen by the Brockton Emergency room things got worse. My call is that they didn't diagnose the issue correctly. This is supposed to be a place where someone is supposed to know more about medical issues than the average person. I had to go digging for solutions Googled possible issues and found that with her condition she could end up dead, blind, or both if not immediately treated. They treated her with the minimal possible treatment (no blood tests, no urine test. Now we are back in an Emergency Room with complications (NO NOT BROCKTON HOSPITAL). If you value your health, go somewhere else. Unless it is a bleed out type of emergency or you cannot go elsewhere.

Why would you put someone with the flu in with someone who just had surgery? WTH!

My mother was brought by ambulance to ER at Brockton Hospital, our experience in the ER was top notch and she was sent to the critical care unit. The care she received there was okay. After a few days in critical she was moved to a regular floor, I called the next morning and she was in agony saying she could not breath, I immediately called the nurse and was told they have paged the doctor meanwhile my Mom is gasping for air and in agony and nothing is being done, needless to say I was not happy and told the nurse to page the doctor again and have the doctor call me after they had seen my mother. I then called the patient advocate Kim and explained what happened. The doctor called about 45 minutes later and said they had given her some pain med and she was doing better, 20 minutes later I get a call that my Mom had a heart attack and that she was back in critical care. The neglect she suffered caused the heart attack, went back to the patient advocate and she set up a meeting with the head of the hospital, long story short, not satisfied with the response and will be seeking the advice of an attorney. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL IS MY BEST ADVISE!

Well i went as a cardiac patient n they took care of me right away which was good but they made no sense at discharge told me my vessels had inflammation n that i needed an antiinflammatory but no one prescribed or recommended one and the person involved in discharge seemed a bit strange like a weirdo really spiritual. So i wasnt to happy n still have my symptoms probably slowly developing pnuemonia n could have used the antiinflammatory but i guess its whatever so im not happy with how i was discharged it should have been someone else the women was a weirdo.

Brockton Signature Healthcare is the worst hospital ever. There care just simply sucks, and there customers service skills suck as well. I brought my three years son who fell, and split his head open. There was blood everywhere, as a parent that's the most scariest thing ever. We went to the ER, were we waited almost 4hours while my son, was bleeding, the attendance were very rude, and not sympathetic at all. Apparently there was something wrong with are health insurance, they say that's not the reason we had to wait so long. Yet I watch people who did not look physically hurt, were tended to first, even though we got there before them. I ask the attendant why we were not seen yet, she stated it goes by injuries. I guess a three years old kid who's hurt, bleeding, and scared is not significant enough to be attended to right away. Now I know just because you can't see someone injures doesn't mean they are not hurt. But when the People next to you are laughing, and talking like there not dying and they get attended first, even though I was there before them, well that pisses me off. It's sad when this is what it comes down to now, what kind of health insurance do you have, and if it suck then back to the end of the line for you. I don't care about myself but when it comes to kids this pisses me off. Granted my son falling and splitting his head it's not life-threatening, but it's still my son and he's only three. Sham on you brockton signature health.

Doctors are great but as far as the staff secretary nurses they are liar with no customer service skill

Minimal care even when you're taken in from an ambulance. Definitely do not suggest going here.

This hospital is the worst. They dont attend to they patients like they should. They almost caused my mom to die, she was complaining about breathing problems and did nothing until it was almost to late. I definitely will take it up with the higher ups. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Waited 4 hours to get seen in the ER and walked out because no one was around to help.

STAY AWAY

I was in here 2 days in a row with severe back pain. The first visit was okay. Doctor was nice, nurses tried to keep me comfortable. The 2nd day however, was the worst hospital experience of my life. Was in a room crying in pain for an hour and a half before even seeing anyone after countless pleas for help. 5.5 hours later and asking for a new doctor I finally get some pain medication and booted onto the streets still barely able to breathe from the pain and nothing to help at home. The doctor was so rude too. It's now day 3, I cant get out of bed but I refuse to go back to this horrible place.

I've been in a waiting room for 5 hours.Stuff didn't even ask if I ok. I will and I repeat never ever ever come back here

I had the best experience of my life,giving birth to my son April 24 2018.From the very first day I stepped into the hospital for my first doctors visit till the last day i was discharged after the birth of my baby was awesome. Dr Merlin in spite of is very busy schedule gave me the best listening ear and encouragement,never in a hurry to attend to u always have a listen ear to all your concerns I say thank u very soon will come to you for another baby.also will say the nurses and mid wife's were awesome Janet I will always love u till my last minute at the hospital u took care of me like my own mom.wintresss parris you were great.courtny I say thank you,the kitchen was awesome,signature health care Brockton hospital will always be my number one choice any day any time.,thank you all.i love you all for giving me and my son the very best health care

Nurses are un proffesional and lack training. After waiting to be seen for four hours I was verbally attacked by another patient and they did nothing to intervene.Do better Brockton hospital.i left and went to good sam and was seen within 45 minutes.

I've had several procedures there as well as an emergency room intake. Excellent intelligent care.

Last nigjt I was in tje E.R. and I'll tell ypu it was disgustingly dirty!! Floors thinhs counters. Everthing. Stainless steel. . what happened to this hospital?? Dirty dirty dirty!!! I felt dorty when I left !! I didn't even want to stay there

This is the dirtiest place ever i had to take my sick grandmother out of here for her own safety . The nurse was unbelievbly rude laughing and rolling her eyes . Good luck if tou make it out alive

Brockton hospital sucks, went there a while back and they performed a spinal tap incorrectly so I never wanted to go back but my oncologist moved there and I like him a lot. Staff in general is rude and uncaring.

This is the third review I have left, undoubtedly this will be removed also. I sought help for a severe back injury last November. The ED doctor seems to have thought I was a narcotics seeker. She humiliated me causing me to fall/collapse to the ground not once, but twice and literally threw me out. In the process she caused the destruction of my Right medialus vastus muscle. The next day I went to Good Sam, was admitted, kept for four days, treated and put on the road to recovery. In a few years time you will read about this case against the doctor and against Brockton hospital. Note: In both areas where I was forced to fall to the ground there are security cameras, that film is there for the world to see, unless Brockton Hospital destroys it. This ED is a dangerous place. They don't take your symptoms serious unless you're are dramatic and dragging yourself across the floor. I've watched people who came in an hour after me go in before me multiple times and I was there for a miscarriage but obviously my symptoms weren't concering enough because i've been waiting here for 4 hours. Get more staff or make a better organization way its not fair for people who are in pain and could actually have something serious.

I was sent to the ER Sunday, September 8, after going to urgent care first for a full week of vomiting and extreme migraines, both of which do not occur for me regularly or at all. After telling this to them, My treatment for this by the Signature Health Care ER was Zicam, ginger ale and crackers which I could ve supplied myself at home. No IV of fluids or nutrients. I was told, You are young, so you ll be fine. I was not fine

On the Saturday following my visit to the Signature Health Care ER (SAME WEEK), I passed out in a Target and had seizure-like/convulsive actions while passed out my friend reported. I was brought to Good Samaritan Hospital ER by ambulance and given two IVs of fluids!

This second ER visit could have been avoided completely if I had been properly cared for by Signature Health Care the first time I needed help. Vomiting for a full week is not normal!

I would never return to Signature Health Care and do not recommend it for anyone seeking actual aid for their health!

Whatever you think of the city of Brockton, this place is worse.

You are safer from harm and disease on the streets than inside this building with these people.

This is the worst hospital on the planet staff is absolutely unprofessional..... then they have the nerve to call you for the co pay...... you can wait like you have us waiting..... then when we speak up about a over 4 hour wait you catch a attitude either hire more staff our get out of the medical business because your terrible at it... I wish I didn't have to give them a star to warn you. Absolutely worst unprofessional treatment I've seen. Not sure how this place is still operating! Bad mouthing patients in the hallway? I'm sorry for a "professional industry" Think twice before actually going to them for an emergency. Boston might be worth the drive.

When you walk in with your wife who is 26 weeks pregnant and been here for 12 hours and they still have not looked at her or treated her. And know one here cares the nurses are awful. If you are expecting a child do not come here. And you know one tells you what is going on NO communication with there patients by far the worst health care.

They slow when they treat people in the emergency department they take long to called a doctor and nurse

Worst hospital ever at times, but at other times, also the best. There are too many patients that come into the ER for issues that are not emergencies. Even for headaches.

I have an autistic, nonverbal child and when he comes in with stomach bugs or viral illnesses they are great. He puts a smile on everyone!

It took the hospital 2 months to figure out what was wrong with me, but I did refuse CT chest scans. I did see some rude doctors and nurses. But when I finally came in with heart attack symptoms, everyone (except the front desk staff) was kind, helpful and understanding. I was asked to have the CT scan. Turned out I had Bilateral Pulmonary Embolism. Both lungs had 5+ blood clots for over 2 months. I got quick treatment. Doctor came personally to me in his coat from his car, held my hand an apologized for the last 2 months. So did many staff. I was near death. I was admitted to telemetry floor, only took Tylenol for pain... Even though my blood was being taken every 26 minutes for days. Was put on Heparin infusion, then Lovonox shots and Coumadin. Overall, the hospital is great if you are patient, polite, and if you have a true medical emergency and cooperate with doctors and nurses and answer their questions fully and listen to their recommendations. Doctors aren't mind readers and they can't find what is wrong if you refuse tests. Again, some staff is rude. Most are not. If the Er is full and you have a small cut or twisted ankle, try urgent care centers. If ur pain is worse than pushing out a child, or you feel like you are dying, or you cut or hurt yourself severely, then Er it is.

Overall, I'd like to thank Signature Healthcare for saving my life. My children have their mom and they are grateful. "Mom is God in the eyes of a child."

In the emergency room you can die of waiting. It seems there is only one doctor and one gurney. Last time I come here. It has happened to me in the 2 times I have come and the excuse is that it is a crazy night. In the waiting room we have 6 people right now. And I still don't know how long I have to wait.

I know not everyone has the same experience in a hospital, given that there are so many employees and so many conditions for which you may be getting treatment. However, my mother has had wonderful, caring treatment from the people at Brockton Hospital over the past four months. Today's experience is what prompted me to write this review. We were in for a CT scan, and I had to give mom contrast through her g-tube. The nurse in CT helped me do all the pouring, which is quite a juggling act at home. They comforted my mother through the whole thing, which she was a bit scared to do. She loves the people there, and that means a lot to us. Thanks.

I have been a patient for many years and family members as well. Very good hospital for the community, close to home do not have to pay for parking. I received great care and the nurses are great as well.

Brockton hospital is to emergency medical care as MacDonalds is to fine dining, or SuperCuts is to beauty salons, or Rainbow is to fashion. Except bad care at a hospital is much more dangerous than a gross meal, bad haircut, or cheap clothing. There are rows of humans in various degrees of distress lining the hallway and the staff has seen and heard too much. They seem to hardened to really care. It s a hellish place to be sick.

My son has been here in the ER for 10 hours now and he s still waiting for a doctor to talk o him. SMH

The receptionist was absolutely rude to me and my primary care doctor. If their receptionist can't even be nice to potential clients..there's no hope anywhere else.

This rating is not for the actual medical staff (I would give them 10 stars if I could they are amazing and kind every time I m in) that being said and out of the way.

Take notes every time to talk to them. Note every appointment you did and did not go to and what each test is for. Take notes each time you call them with the date and time and if you are able to the person you are speaking to ESPECIALLY the BILLING DEPARTMENT!!! I have been put in collections multiple times because this department have instructed me to ignore a bill claiming it to be an attempt of another lad to double bill me and to ignore another bill they sent be due to coding error that would be corrected...... guess what both still sent me to collections because they were not resolved on their end and they sent it out to another agency even though I called! So now my credit is getting recked because I listened to them!

I don't know why everyone is rating this hospital so low I went in when I was in labor with my daughter and everyone was so sweet at the front desk, the nurses were angels I think I honestly got one of the best delivery nurses in the world she was a heaven sent that stayed with me throughout almost all of the labor(from 7 am-7 pm) until she had to get off the clock. Although I didn't really see the doctor very much until I was ready to push she was nice as could be. I was extremely lucky to get Dr. Brown because after my daughter was born I began to bleed out and she was able to fix the situation quickly and calmly. Overall this was an amazing experience. Plus they give free newborn pictures which is a major plus!!

I went to the ER because I moved from outta state and ran out of heart medication. They put me in the psychiatric ward for some reason and kept me there for 3 hours! They took my belongings and also went threw my purse and phone! They turned my phone off and all my paperwork I had was all mixed up and crumpled up. I was treated horribly! I had all my info ready for them and they refused it. It took them an hour alone too find my pharmacy and call them to verify the info. I just don't get why i was in the psych ward!

Let me preface this by saying I live less than 1/2 a mile from South Shore Hospital. With that being said, I chose to go to Signature Brockton Hospital for a few reasons.
1. The surgeon I was working with was associated with the hospital and more importantly
2. How I was treated.
I know it seems silly to review a hospital, I think it s an important decision to make -but- the more info you may have at your fingertips is an unbelievable resource.
*I was started in the ER because of excruciating pain and bleeding from the uretal stent. I ve never handled them well, but this was an exceptionally worse experience. The ENTIRE staff - from the ER nurses & doctors - to the staff on the floor once I was admitted. Everyone was very professional, when I had a question but was not comprehending the answers, they were more than happy to talk with me through the questions. I will sat, there was one nurse I encountered who did not have the same bedside manner, and just seemed unhappy being there (which made her shifts not the greatest to get through. But overall, I had a fantastic experience. If I ever needed an ER again, I d choose Signature Brockton Hospital.

Had my son here a couple days ago . Over all great experience awsome nurses awsome lactAtion consultant everyone was super friendly and very professional even though signature changed there computer system and made the nurses jobs a lot more difficult. Was on the fence about Brockton labor and delivery vs south shore and my mind has been totally changed thank you signature health for a great experiance !!

Was sent to a facility even after they wanted me home took away my purse and in the envelope I had 1200 and got it back and had 1100

This is the worst hospital in the state of Massachusetts. The ER is nasty dirty they put me in a room that had not been cleaned from the prior person . After being moved to another room I had to wait 3 hours for someone to come in the room and was never even asked if I wanted a drink of water or anything . I would not recommend this garbage pit to my worst enemy. If you go there anyway YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!!

Have been going there since I was a child and will always go to this hospital for emergency and general care

The worst experience in Orthopedic. From staff, surgeon and even chief of staff. I went all the way to the top. And as they saying goes, the fish rots from the head. Had surgery on my knee over a year ago. After suffering from an injury for years, they were like it s the best option. I can make your pain down to at least a 2. BIG mistake. My pain is worst than before. And my knee swells all the way to my ankle, numb and excruciating pain. They see their patients as a cash machine. Costs me $50 each time to walk thru the doors and I m still suffering. I know I m not the only one cause other patients in physical therapy has talked about how unsuccessful this Dr s procedures has been. Yet he s still allowed to perform surgery on people. Dr is not God and should not boast about your success in this procedure. I am still waiting months for an investigation and a different referral. At this point I will go somewhere else that really care about their patients.

The worst hospital I have been!!! Was there in so much pain I waited for two hrs I ended leaving to different ER bc I couldn t take the pain

Yesterday 5 hours and i wasnt seen, now its 4 hours and still not seen. It takes 10 minutes to take this out of me. This is out of control. Waited all that time to be sat down in the room finally just to wait another 45 minutes

Took my mother in for kidney stones. She was in a lot of pain and they made us wait over 6 hours. The nurse assigned to her was sweet but service is very slow.

Throughout my children's school careers all paperwork I filled out said BROCKTON HOSPITAL ONLY DO NOT BRING TO the "other" Hospital. I love this hospital and would go nowhere else. There are too many reasons to list. Hey, if you go to any hospital ER you are going to wait at least a bit.... why would people complain about that? You will be getting excellent care when you are seen !!

The front desk and a nuse were so unprofessional and mean even on Christmas Eve! Im appauled! I work at Tufts and now know why i work for a renowned top notch hospital! Brockton Hospital should be ashamed of themselves! Iv made 2 complaints over the years that were much worse! Even the safty rails on the outside of the hospital for safty are compliety off the hinges! There is no excuse for that! If there moto is that they serve the poor and the worst cases that patients dont desirve top care and safty! They now run as a 3rd world country hospital!

My sister (who keep in mind is a minor) went in for an EKG, who granted is 'big breasted' was extremely embarrassed when the 'doctors' first words were "oh my god" when he saw her breasts. In my opinion it is extremely unprofessional to remark on a minors body, and not to mention gross and unsettling. It's bad enough to be in a hospital, but to be embarrassed on top of it.

My daughter had phnomma so we went to Brockton hospital on Nov. 3rd.2019. We where brought in quick! Much appreciated because she was very sick. Nurses where really good. ED doctor was excellent.Dr dhang I believe was his name. He Came in the room right away and ordered all the correct test. Testesd her for flu which is super important. chest xray & most important tested to make sure the phynommma did not travel into the blood! Most important test to me because that's how you have complications with phynommma! Very satisfied with ed Dr! They admitted her to b3 I believe and she had a good experience. Great nurse's!!! Worst hospital. The RN & CNA are so rude. They don't care whether the patient dies or survive. Did cat scan for my wife and the doctor said the scan look great but got a early call next day that there is brain hamerage. If you love your family please don't take them to signature healthcare Brockton hospital. They don't care.

I took my son he was coughing badly and have fever and then when i arrived to the emergency room they give him nasal spray and nothing for the coughing and my son was 10 yrs old. When i went back home he couldn t sleep from coughing and then blood came out of his mouth. 2nd day i took my son to the emergency room and the doctor his name was Dr.Mention arrived he was very serious he talked to me like he wanted to fight with me. He talked to me for 5 secs and then left,

I love this hospital because I was born in it and I would swear by that hospital.

Don't bother call unless it's an emergency. I called them and they kept telling me to hold. They'd just keep switching back and forth to the same person. I called like 5 times and they just kept telling me to hold. After waiting for 10+ mins, someone simply picked up the phone and hang up right away. Unbelievable. They basically wasted 20 min of my time while I was working.
But I'm not going to trash them for one bad experience. They're usually good for the most part.

It s genuinely mind shattering that after having sat in the outpatient lab waiting room for 1 full hour that the team told me they wouldn t perform the tests ordered by my provider at that lab.

A word of advice to anyone who s making a choice about where to seek healthcare- go anywhere else. If I were found bleeding out in the parking lot I would insist on being taken to any other area hospital. 0/5 stars.

Competent & compassion care in a very Difficult sitution. Social workers great.

I was treated at the Green Center and everyone was kind,considerate and professional. I'm now NED since May 2018. It was such a relief to find the quality of care without the tress of going into Boston.

Was checked in at the desks, sat maybe 15-20 minutes and was taken to the area to be seen. Nurse was friendly and listened, cracked a joke or 2 between us. Dr came in, we talked, he got me in for xrays then the mri and been on the path of recovery since. Good possibility i wouldn't be walking today had he not been so good at his craft. Thank you!

Worst hospital experience I have ever had. Went in with the flu made me sit in the exam room for over an hour then did nothing for me but give me the run around. I walked out. After wasting over 2 hours there.

Awful emergency room.Few emergencies, most people taking up space because they seem to have a cold or sore shoulder. I walked in with a dog bite to my face and was told that the worse cases take priority. I'm completely on board with that. Im sure there were people there much worse off than myself. As I sit there with blood dripping down my face I saw several people with a sneeze and cough go ahead. I'm not entititled to special treatment over any other person in most situations. But this one I felt like I should take some priority over people using the emergency room like a doctor's office for minor ailments. So I asked how many people were ahead of me still after almost 3 hours. I was told ten more people. I would have been there into the morning in the middle of a blizzard. Sorry but this is unacceptable. I left after being told that. I spoke to a supervisor who gave a kind mannered response. I just felt completely unsatisfied. Hope my face isn't swollen unrecognizable in the morning. No wonder this place has such atrocious reviews. Get youract together Brockton Hospital/Signature Health Care. Btw, several people walked out while I was there. Not just myself

I had surgery first one was fine! But the 2nd one was a nightmare ,, I wasn t able to walk again, after that so I wouldn t recommend anything big done there please go to Boston

Do NOT take a family member here. These doctors don t know how to do anything. Their negative energy makes them not want to try to save a life. Instead of thinking positive, they do the opposite. My grandmother was healthy before she got covid-19. Unfortunately the closest hospital was Brockton Hospital so she had to go there. The doctors at Brockton Hospital were refusing to transfer her, even though they were doing NOTHING for her. If the doctors are going to sit and watch their patients die, then of course we d rather take the risk of transferring to a better hospital.
This is another example of how America s healthcare system is messed up. When doctors don t do everything they can to save a life, they don t realize that it s peoples lives they re dealing with.

We had issues when we went here for my grandfather too before he passed. So if the closest hospital to you is Brockton Hospital, please do yourselves a favor and drive the family member to a different hospital.

First time here it is horrible never will come back here again i would rather drive the extra miles we were here for 5 hours for stitches and asking how much longer and saying they will check they check but don't tell ya. I asked if they can check how much longer the PA will be and answer is when she is done by nurses so don't ever cone come here unless you plan on being here all day

My children and grandchildren are third and forth generation. Every one of the family is born at this hospital and stay with all the doctors. This is not just a hospital to us it is family.

The worst place ever ! Their so rude over the phone and always transfering the calls to people you don t need to speak too !

This is without a doubt THE WORST MEDICAL CARE FACILTY I'VE EVER BEEN TO. The staff is a joke. They take 4 hours to get patients in to be seen but let crackheads come in and go right in to be seen because of back pain. I had my vitals taken 3 times and the third time they only did it to get me out of the waiting room to take someone who came in after me and got seen before me. This place is sad when nurses and doctors and sitting around when I see patients sleeping in hallways on stretchers like a zombie apocalypse. This staff needs to be fired. They talk to each other more than they talk to patients. If someone from signature doesnt contact me by 9am March 14th I will be calling corporate and filing complaints against the staff. People who are in charge of YOUR LIFE should have to give a duck about their own.

They have a practice of over charging and then making it very difficult to obtain a refund. This is unethical and they are crooks!

The Nurse Doctors Assistants lie,are very rude and disrespectful,steal,fabricate stories about patients,abuse patients, it never ends with this place

They take to long to see a penitent that's sitting in a room waiting to be seen

Pretty much everyone on my mom's side of the family was born here, including me. For any physical problems my family has had, they've been great. But my sibling was just admitted into the ER psych ward and it is the most god awful place I've ever known. Children and adults are mixed together and they'll throw drunks in there even though they could just sleep it off in a holding cell. They don't clean rooms after their used, my sibling was going to the bathroom and stepped in a puddle of piss. My sister(Who is their twin) and I can't even see them with a security guard or nurse accompanying us. If your family member has a mental problem such as depression or schizophrenia, especially if you have a child under 18, this is the last place you should ever take them.

Went here for either the stomach bug or the FLU the staff had me put a mask on then had me sit in a waiting room with children and babies knowing I may have the flu . I walked in and there where about 20 people in the ER most of them walked out because they have been waiting over 5 hours to be seen. Now me I tested negative for the flu but it did some back I had strep . Still they had me in the waiting room for 6 hours I waited and waited finally I just got up and went to another hospital where I was seen in a hour . Horrible horrible place to for care , bathrooms are disgusting, nurses and staff are beyond rude and didn t care much about me or the fact I was vomiting in the waiting room . Don t go here if your seriously ill please go some where else . These people will

Every experience I've had in the ER at this hospital was a bad one. Staff seems like they do not care about the patients and do not want to be there. If you have a choice, i would strongly recommend a different hospital.

It is for prophet health care at its worst. If your not brought in by an ambulance then you wait for ever. Brockton Hospital is. Itching more than a glorified urgent care center at best. Understaffed, poorly run, dirty. The doctor all seam More
