This is the worst looking emergency room I have ever seen. The hospital is unkept and the uncleanliness is unacceptable. They leave people on stretchers in the hallways for hours. If I New how to upload pics I would. I am pondering taking further action . I was very disappointed with the hospital.

I wouldn't come here to be euthanized. The staff is all over the place, no one seems to read charts. There are cleanliness issues. If you have to come here... Just don't.
2 of my daughters gave birth at this hospital and from the doctors to the nurses were caring and highly knowledgeable. We were treated with respect and well taken care of.
Social worker here is a Satanist. The lactation specialist is an angel sent from heaven. If you are having a baby....don't have them here. If your wife is and or was prescribed anything and I mean anything....be prepared to have your newborn ripped from you in the middle of the night under false pretenses then threatened with DCF. Told us our kid had a life threatening heart condition just to get him in the nic unit....then wanted to shove neo natal morphine into his body even though he was breast feeding which made no sense. Checked with many reputable experts after the fact and this process is just a money grab basically as it really serves no purpose other than that.
My uncle came here for treatment after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He was dead within a week--not from the cancer, but from kidney failure, due to him being prescribed the wrong chemotherapy drug. Of course, thanks to the PC police and the rise of euphemistic language, this flagrant case of medical malpractice was deemed a "negative patient care outcome". The nurses here are really nice, they'll make you comfortable and hold your hand while you die, but I'd rather have a staff who ignore me while I get better. Coming here for a serious illness is like signing your own death warrant. This place is a slaughterhouse.
I don t usually leave review but this is important. I had an appointment today. I waited for two hours in the cold office and had to leave without been seeing by the doctor. The staffs does not seems to care and when i ask why i am waiting for so long, they could not answer me. It not the first time, they make me wait but at least the others time the staff seems to care to inform what was going on. I decide not to be their patient at Liberty st anymore and i am going to change the the doctor was well. At least they could call me to do telehealth appt for the co-payment i made. Please respect your patients time and be more professional.
Came in having an Asthma attack 3:30am they took me right in and got my breathing under control in no time!. My Nurse Ashley was awesome she took my mind off my condition and was SO nice the whole time. Thank you Ashley and the Doc (sorry I can't remember the nice women's name) you are appreciated
I had my daughter who is two years old come to get some blood drawn at lab that her doctor office could not do because she was moving all around and kicking and screaming they didn't have the patience. I take her here and the lab ladies was able to make it happen even in the midst of my daughter crying and moving around. I say thank you and kudos to all your hard work and patience with children that's no easy job when it comes to needles
Worst place to go, my experience with receptionists has been terrible. I call and am told I have to see a dr. To go to urgent care, then call again and the same person gives me attitude says just go to the hospital and hangs up. Then finally after my MOTHER calls they say "oh he can go right away to urgent care I don't know what the other receptionist was talking about." I hate even remotely calling for appointments because half the time I'm told I need to make an appointment the receptionist thinking I need a physical for a dr. Appointment... The place is a joke, only good thing about it is after the bs Dr. Feleke is a great Dr.only giving 2 stars becausee of the Dr.
My nurse today, Saturday March 7, is very rude and acts like she does not want to be here. There is much more detailed info. But I'm in the hospital bed right now my phone is dying. I do not recommend coming here unless you ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO.
After going to pain management I've been left without pain medicine for 4 days after taking for over 14 years forced detox after a medication change I'm sick as hell and between doctor's and insurance company Harvard pilgrim whom I'm sure are sleeping just fine at night I'm suffering and there to blame for outside drug use as it would be easier for me to get drugs on the street than help from these 2 idiots

You have to rate to write a review so I had to give it one star. If you could go into negative stars I would. This is the worst hospital EVERY time I got here I m in there for at least 4/5 hours even if it s not busy at all. Horrible place. You d be better off dead then waiting or getting serviced here.
Wouldn't go here if I was bleeding out. They don't care and take forever to treat. Also are giving unnecessary sleeping medications so they don't have to deal with patients. They do not abide by laws.
Signature Healthcare and the advocates they employ have demonstrated a lack knowledge of individual patient that are trusted in their care . They have often contradict each others diagnosis and have failed repeatedly in supplying the acceptable care that is expected for my wife. Signature Healthcare has demonstrated a lack the professionalism when informing family of patients trusted in their collective hands and rarely return calls or emails to update her care.
The care and medications my wife has received for her COPD has resulted in her now suffering from osteoporosis (calcium and vitamin depletion) and due to that treatment had to be hospitalized over 35 times in the last 13 months for injuries to her fractured ribs from coughing as well as spinal fractures.
I believe that this hospital needs to be evaluated by an outside board from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts medical Board or agency to improve the care received.

I had been to their psych. ward once before and had an excellent experience. They actually provided treatment. They do not warehouse patients like so many other hospitals I have been to. I waited 21 hours on a stretcher in a gloomy hallway that made me even more depressed. It took 21 hours to tell me they had no beds available and I would be shipped out. The staff was hostile and defensive anytime I asked a question. One nurse told me my questions were disturbing the peace!!! The place was filthy dirty and the ER must date back to an architect from the 70's. Nothing has been updated in years. I had 21 hours to observe rude nurses and chaos. I will NEVER go back to this hospital again!!!
