I'll be honest, leasing a new car is an experience I look forward to. Until you get to the dealerships/leasing companies and begin the talks. You know the type - price, trim levels, accessories all the nitty gritty.

Over the last few days I've worked with Alex P. from Signature to pick my car, get a great deal on it and get my new vehicle delivered right to my house. He made the process seamless. It was FUN to lease a car again. I didn't know exactly what car I wanted but Alex helped me prioritize and customize the vehicles to my liking. He proceeded to price them out and show me my options. He made the experience personalized and wasn't trying to up-sell me on something out of my price range or comfort zone. He was honest and responsive which was key for me. He didn't waste my time and was always willing to talk over the phone whenever a question arose.

I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. He went as far as to help me move my belongings from the trunk of my old car to my new car! Now that's customer service. If only every business used the model that signature has in place when it comes to customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

I look forward to working with Alex in 36 months when my lease is up. Thank you for making leasing a fun process and not one I dread.
