They are not willing to discuss any matters with you and have horrible communication with their clients. Very rude and unprofessional.

I Am currently a tedent at their Park Place Apartments property located at 1155 E Bullard Ave. Been there for almost 3 years now and not a single complaint or violation. Now suddenly I'm being harassed with accusations, with no evidence to support any of them. I Highly do not recommend doing business with this company. Now currently looking to relocate, to avoid more false accusations.

I have a horible experience with this property management company. I loved in the Gates Villa apartments for about 4 years. I moved into my apartment and it had the carpet from the tenants prior. Every year they raised my rent and I would ask them to replace my carpet and they refused. So I just moved out and I wasnt expecting to get my full deposit back but at least a few hundred and they magically lost record of me paying the full deposit and they sent me a bill for $70... every year they have a new property manager and they arent able to get there paper work in order from the previous onsite manager so things get lost! I tried to have a polity conversation with the person at there main office to at least get the $70 waved and she basically told me that it wasnt going to happen.. I urge people to stay away from any property's managed by Siegel & Co. both commercial and multifamily as well as people seeking them to manage there properties.
