I bought a 8 in 1 combo heat press from these guys & the handle of the mug press broke the first day. It took them weeks to send me the replacement part which also broke after 2 uses. I spoke with a rep who assured me that he would send a part out right away. Several months later I am yet to hear from them or receive the part. I guess I am stuck with an expensive machine that doesn't work.
