Very uncomfortable, incredibly low seating and tables, left after 10 minutes. A modern work space should prioritize health above everything else, missed the mark. You'd think there would be some height adjustable desks, plus some standing work spaces. Friendly and helpful staff.
The office is good and comfortable, staff are very beautiful
I took up membership for for a month on a trial basis only to find that on making payment for the initial month, plus a deposit for another month my account was debited for another month within a day.
I complained immediately assuming it was an error but found my complaints fell on deaf ears 'deliberately' from emailing and calling the sales manager, to emailing and calling the community manager, the customer services for both spaces and regus their sister company.
I did find this all a bit odd and as this was I trial I found within a week of taking on the membership that I wouldn't e able to use the space due to family commitments 'which was why the trial was for one month in the first place'.
It has now been 8 months since I made payment for the one month of which only 2 weeks was used, plus the additional month for which i was charged and the refundable deposit for the additional month.
I think this should be a stern warning for visitors from outside the UK to use this company as they appear to have a policies that are designed to defraud clients particularly foreign clients who they expect are not used to the system and are only in the UK temporarily.
Was great but then they started playing really loud music in the co working and meeting areas may as well be in n a coffee shop for free
Would not recommend this building when there are so many well managed serviced offices/ Regus properties. The property is pretty, but cheaply made and the floor is full of totally dead plants. Further, the building management is very difficult to deal with.
