When we asked for our initial quote, Kendall (our account executive) promptly came back with pricing. Find another printer!!! I've printed 4 issues of my magazine with this printer and the only one that came out correct was the first. The other three were late and I've had two with major binding problems (pages falling out, staples not closed) and on the last two issues I've had pages upside down. They are terrible at returning phone calls and even when I talked to the owner, he didn't seem all that concerned that he was about to lose my business. One issues they wanted to charge me a crazy amount of money just to move the magazines from the driveway to the garage. This final issue, they sent me an invoice one day before it was due and wouldn't budge on changing the due date. Two issues they shorted me magazines by 2000 copies. Run, Run fast, and find someone else. TERRIBLE!!!!

My experience with Shweiki Media was fantastic! Our printing company flooded last year and we are still recovering. I found myself in a predicament when a customer was ready to order her yearly Dance Recital book. This is a fairly large book, which in the past we did in-house. I am a Publication Designer and Publisher. I have been in business since 1985 and have designed and published numerous high quality publications. I have held the position of Pre-Press manager for Chas. P. Young and Tristar Web Graphics and have also served as a Digital Pre-Press Consultant for numerous large printing companies (R.R. Donnely, Wetmore, etc.). As a designer and publisher my business revolves around ultra high quality publications. I am very familiar with high speed sheet fed and heat set web presses. I have tried to use web printers in the past to print some of my higher quality publications and it did not work out due to the quality I demanded for my customers. This was my first experience of doing any type of publication. My ad person, who was helping me with the whole project, suggested that I contact Shweiki Media Printing Company to inquire about my printing needs. She had just used them on a recent project and was very happy with the results. Right from the very beginning, the service that I received from Shweiki was top notch. When I called to inquire about products and pricing I received very informative information. Within a few days, I received a package full of samples to help me make a choice about what to use for my project.
The team at Shweiki was very easy to work with when we finally uploaded our project, and they followed the timeline that they had promised me. When we ran into a small glitch with the receiving of our product (the shipping company's mistake) on time, Shweiki went above and beyond to put together some extra programs that they had left over and overnighted them to me at no additional charge.
Their customer service through the whole process was exceptional. For this year's project, I will definitely be using this company once again.

I've never met Shweiki in person but, and this is only speculation, I would imagine her (Shweiki is a girl in my mind) to be both beautiful and intelligent. Great first job of an annual contract to produce 5 seasonal catalogs. Easy to work with, appropriate technical tools in place, quick production and great quality! And - at highly competitive price - couldn't ask for more.

Shweiki is a fun group to work with and always provide quality products. We consider them a partner for our publications rather than "just" a printer. They always take the time to ensure a quality product. Most importantly, they are responsive to my questions and always provide great feedback.

I was sent here to check on the printing quality and color accuracy of our magazine and the people there were extremely polite and accommodating. They bought us food and were very thorough in their explanations. There was still a mismatch in color but that was due to two reasons: 1) we had to leave 2) the change of shift brought in a new guy to work on our book and he was annoyed by my assistant and I from the beginning, contradicting everything the first guy was doing for us. Other than that one guy I still loved our experience with them.

I hired them for printing 5,000 "bookazines" and they turned out beautifully. They worked with me on getting the coloring just right and I loved getting the full color printed proofs before the printing. I will definitely use them again for my printing needs.
