From July they raised my price for electricity by 50%, although I have a permanent guarantee, so I terminated the contract at the end of the year because you can not. And today I got information that the company ceased to provide services and from tomorrow they have me somewhere ...

From anything from 2000-3000 thousand bills. after two years there was 4000-5000 despite a reduction in consumption. Fortunately, this is the last year of the contract, we are coming back to Enea.
I do not recommend. I signed a contract. It was supposed to be cheaper and it was more expensive. There is a trade fee, and after one year of promotion, the kWh price is higher than the price I paid in Enea under the comprehensive agreement. The "lowest price guarantee" does not work, because they do not take note of Enea's current price list, they demand an individual offer - which is impossible to obtain from Enea. In addition, there is one big chaos in invoices. Some forecast invoices, compensations, settlement periods do not match the dates of meter reading by Enea. Only in the Excel spreadsheet did I calculate how much I really pay to this thief company.

I thought that the price would actually be guaranteed (this is what the representative said) and that the volume had been contracted long ago on the Polish Power Exchange - it turned out otherwise and they buy electricity on a regular basis - at least that was what the letter said. For my company, such an increase means an increase in the invoice by PLN 9,000. net monthly, so I terminated the contract with them.
We were blackmailed over a month ago with such an absurd reason that the hands were falling. The case was suitable and still suitable for the trial, but I did not use to kick lying.
