Find another printer!!! I've printed 4 issues of my magazine with this printer and the only one that came out correct was the first. The other three were late and I've had two with major binding problems (pages falling out, staples not closed) and on the last two issues I've had pages upside down. They are terrible at returning phone calls and even when I talked to the owner, he didn't seem all that concerned that he was about to lose my business. One issues they wanted to charge me a crazy amount of money just to move the magazines from the driveway to the garage. This final issue, they sent me an invoice one day before it was due and wouldn't budge on changing the due date. Two issues they shorted me magazines by 2000 copies. Run, Run fast, and find someone else. TERRIBLE!!!!
