In my 15 years of publishing, I've found that great customer service is rare in this industry. Working with the team at Shweiki has been quite a surprise! Not only is their work beautiful, but they maintain real relationships and are quick to take responsibility for any glitches that occur on rare occasions. Their main concern is that my magazines arrive on time, they look perfect, and I am pleased. They even sent me a birthday gift last month! Can't say enough great things about them.
