Best sound experience of any theatre so far. Kudos PVR

Very expensive to eat inside. Quite a racket for money making. Services or theatre exp is amazing. Ordered bucket of popcorn and nachos

PVR is the only good thing about Citimall. Else the mall in itself is in shambles. Didn't expect PVR to pick up such a pathetic mall as it's destination

Is good, seats are ok. Space between rows could be better

It was good experinced but at the time of interval i order fr 2 things.
In that i got one thing and other things was ot delivered.
When movie got over i visited to the counter and given him feedback.
So he apologies and i said instead of that given the item what i was order he said that same thing not in the stocks and then he given cash back to me.

The tickets are very cheap but the picture quality is excellent

They always starts movie very late... 30-45 mins late

It's a good theatre to watch movies with family and friends or with loved ones
Seats are not comfortable but overall quality of sounds is amazing but food is costly though everywhere is same but it's from Andheri station very traffic area that's it but it nice to visit

It's expensive right from ticket to pop corns or anything you eat all needs a bit of cleanliness in the recliner seats

Thank God PVR took over Fame adlabs. Now this place looks much better

Expensive compared to others. Dont think of having food inside since its pathetic. Seats are ok compared to other cinemas.

I went to enjoy the movie 'Love Aaj Kal' at the PVR.Its a fantastic experience.Not only the theatre,ambience outside the movie hall and the food stalls - everything was nice..enjoyed it with my Valentine ,my wifie n friend of last 34 yrs..,

Good ambiance, but the air condition some times not that powerful.

This is an expensive movie theater. Located on the top floor of infinity mall near lokhandwala complex in andheri. Is a multiplex with modern amenities. All major credit cards accepted. Online booking available.

PVR at Citimall Link Rd has five screens on the first floor. Definitely better than Cinepolis but not comparable to the PVR Icon at Infiniti Mall just 150 metres ahead. Citi Mall in itself has a very dead look and usually the patrons of PVR exit through this Mall. The mall has small shops and offices running small businesses with poor clientele and most shops are completely closed.
Just as a cinema.... Well, PVR has good business because of the location and reasonable maintenance of the theatres five screens.

Superb Digital quality screening n sound effects excellent. Even the cafeteria outside is similar to a food court of a mall but elegant. Washrooms are clean n superior quality sanitary wall fittings

Expensive food. I avoid visiting this place just because of this reason other than that good ambience and excellent staff. Sound and picture quality is superb and seats are very comfortable. Would love this place if they charges a little less on their food items...

Delay everytime in every PVR by atleast 20 mins... Infra and all every theater have good.. better to visit cinepolies or Inox

It was best being there the facility the services are not much good but the seats are comfortable no food is allowed inside the theatre

Its a good place if you want to spend 250 bucks for popcorn.

I watch URI here its a 2d movie the picture quality and sound is good it has three categories of seats classic, prime and recliner.. classic is bit closer to the screen you can go for prime and if you want more comfort or luxury you can go for recliner

Nice infrastructure of the cinema but need to be further upgraded

I had visited this many a time being one of nearby theater in Andheri West..near to home ..when I used to stay there...it has renovated for good recently..as PVR brand overall renovation across city..good food options, space, ambience, decorum, toilets etc. Only thing prices for food items are too high, which may be to maintain the luxury and high cost of maintenance but worst thing the quality of chairs ...which are not comfortable at all..small size and non cushion non recliner..it's like you are in office chair or some class room.. without push back kind of chairs which they put across their chain of theater..if possible I would recommend them to do some cushioning and some modifications to those chairs..and chairs being main part of theater is reason for these two less star..
