Gambling is gambling sometimes you win sometimes you lose but the facility is extremely kept and most of the employees are very pleasant! The ATM fee is way too expensive I would suggest getting cash before entering the casino they charge $5.99 or $6.99 to use the ATM... Good luck players
I Was there for a meeting with some associates. Three service was excellence and the food was very well seasoned and cooked Judy like I ordered. An amazing place.

I m very disappointed in the customer service we experienced with the Manager at the front desk of check in. Wade was extremely rude and not professional at all. He was yelling and having hand gestures saying that the address I had on file wasn t correct. I ve stayed at the hotel previously and it wasn t an issue. Wade was extremely upset and gave us a bad Fob card. He didn t activate the card we go to the room and it s dirty with wine bottles and dirty sheets. Wade saw us come back down he goes to the back another young lady transferred our room and apologized. Moving forward if I see Wade there I wouldn t go. I m extremely disappointed in the customer service he gave us and don t recommend the Hotel as long as he is there.

I have a great time at the Ameristar Casino in East Chicago,it the winningest casino I have been in lately.
Hotel has really gone down hill in past year. Rooms need serious updating, housekeeping does a very poor job....checked in this last time....inch of dust on side tables, floor was not vacuumed, bathroom sink had not been cleaned, a stained sheet was still on the bed. Next day housekeeping did not clean room till after 6 pm. The hallway reeked of pot and old food...
Ameristar really needs to up there game to stay competitive..won t be staying again...you can have same experience and cheaper by staying at Motel 6.
Worse experience at a casino hotel. Customer service was horrible and I will never go back. Arrived around 8:15pm and left at 1:30am still waiting on a room to be clean for me after driving over 2 hours to get there. True lesson learned.

This is a very nice place, had to come into town for work and decided to stay here. The rooms are big and the bed is comfy.
Back again, the seafood buffet is my second home. Great selection, great price, great atmosphere. There's a usual wait on Friday, but never too long. Service is good, talk to your waiter, they are good people.

The customer service was horrible all throughout the casino..i booked non smoking room ended up in smoking room sayin they was booked fully..funny thing it didn't looked fully booked with people. the rooms were dated as well smelled horrid my linen on bed did not need to be used was stained, couch looked very old and torn the only part of room good was bathroom to bad couldn't sleep in it . I called for house keeping I'm still waiting. They must be understaffed. my overall experience was horrible. And I have pics to prove
Don't let these reviews fool the Harrahs casino & hotel in Joilet is way better. The rooms need new furniture replacement badly. Rude staff no kid policy sucks. Casino is rigged no pay out just awful. Don't waste your time
