very poor shipping of glass dishes with ditto lid, received 2x in a row with a shard from the rim, 2x must be returned.

Price / quality ratio Is good. Maybe even better than expected quality. Delivery time is a bit long. Unfortunately, they publicly blame the carrier for this while it is their own processing. It is indicated that the package has been transferred while it has only then been registered. Unfortunately!

Size is not correct what is on the site and a lot of shipping and return costs for something so small that fits through the letterbox.

I only ordered a 'simple cuddly toy' but it had to go quickly and wanted to spend as little time as possible on it. Conveniently paid via the bank contact app, 2 days later my order was there (on time). Efficient, fast, no 'hassle'.

I advise anyone who finds out that their products are sent through this company to look further. Particularly customer-unfriendly, if you hold them to account for their failure to deliver on their "we deliver within 24 hours" promise, they will hide behind PostNL.
