I have ordered 2 teak boards. Unfortunately, 1 of ...

I have ordered 2 teak boards. Unfortunately, 1 of the boards I ordered has a 1 cm cut. After a smooth email exchange, I get the response that I will not receive a replacement product because it is a natural product !?
This experience is not pleasant!
