A lot of animal slippers ordered. The delivery was put on a week later. Everything was in stock online. Received a confirmation that I would receive the slippers on the given day. However, no track and trace on the specified day. After phone contact nothing appeared to be sent because the stock online did not turn out to be correct. No feedback. I had to contact myself to find out. It is that you call otherwise you are well waiting all day for nothing. My first experience immediately made a very bad thing with this company. Too bad that there is no call so that I could change it in others which were in stock.

Really just like real, economical in battery use, partly due to the timer mode that you can set. Then stays "burning" for 8 consecutive hours
First got the wrong size, an email to Shoppartners, was enough to get a new candle.
We were allowed to keep the wrong size.
Even in time for Christmas!
Gift for under the Christmas tree.
Highly recommended to buy from Shoppartners !!

My solution is to send another one for free. but they don't do that.

Placed an order twice for "Tea storage box". The quality of the box is in itself satisfied, however the box in which it is delivered is not filled and is loose in the box. ... because of this the boxes are damaged in both deliveries. Because of this, I have doubts about going again in the future. We can restore the boxes by sanding, but this should not be the intention. Sent an email to customer service about this but received no response.

Top arranged and well picked up. And well addressed and treated.

Very good customer service!

The product was unfortunately (slightly) damaged.
Immediately contacted and received a replacement the next day!
I could just keep the damaged ones.

That's the way it's supposed to be! I will definitely order again in the future ...

Do not order here !! Wrong item shipped. Called customer service. The correct item would be sent to me the next day. This just didn't happen. When I called a few days later, the item was out of stock and Pricilla at customer service blamed me for not knowing the name of the person I spoke to earlier as she had no information about the situation in question , so it hadn't happened in her eyes.

1st and 2nd order.
Ordered product fine. I have difficulty with an order amount that is 1 euro extra for 1 small order surcharge, which is too low. But system is system and there is no deviation from that! Unfortunately!

When I placed my 3rd order it was indicated that there could be some delay, i.e. Corona. The confirmation said that there would be delivery within 1 day. After 3 days no certainty about delivery date, so the order is canceled. I had to disappoint customers. All understanding of "" what "" delay but 3 days delivery time instead of 1 must be communicated more clearly.

The product I ordered (and paid for) turned out to be unavailable, so I had to choose a different product. When I had done that, it turned out that not enough of them were available, so I had to supplement it with another product. Then I was called that the piece had fallen in the warehouse - so not available again. Very strange! Fortunately my money got back.

Having to phone yourself instead of chasing the mistake yourself. It appears at shoppartners.nl that the second shipment goes wrong. She also pushes the error towards PostNL, because she indicates that I should have received a track and trace code from PostNL.

Sorry for what you will hear:
'error of the system'

That's the same as when I went to school and came late and said: 'apologies the bridge was open'

Make excuses from yourself and not from the system you want to hide behind.

3 bloempotten besteld via bol.com. ook onmiddelijk betaald. 2 dagen later een mail van shoppartners dat 1 er van niet meer beschikbaar is. Ok, kan gebeuren..... 2 uur later mail van Bol.com dat de andere 2 ook niet beschikbaar zijn. Dat is er toch over, sorry. Service trekt op niets ! Heel jammer

Rude customer service. Just hang up if it gets too difficult for them. They ship fragile products without any protection, causing them to break. Then they are not willing to solve the problem. As a result of which the 2nd shipment arrives broken. In short, not recommended!

Call back: no problem, will be sent asap, you can have it within 2 days. 2 days later no stuff: call again -> sorry sir we do not have it in stock so it has not been sent. Unreliable organization that you cannot rely on. Employees very friendly and helpful but apparently a gang organization. Now in the short term still looking for stuff for a big event. Not recommended!!
