Shogun by Saisaki Restaurants Review

Good beer selection. Food is above average. Prices are a bit high. I miss the feel of the old place. It seems sanitized and bleached. Not bad just not the same as what it once was.

The food was great. The waitress was outstanding. The service was great. The gumbo was a little too salty. I'm not sure if it's like that all the time. I must confirm on my 2nd and 3rd return.

The sea food is so fresh, I can't describe it. They asked me what temperature I wanted it, nobody has ever asked me that before. But I am from Texas. Good eaten

The waitress was very nice nasty, if I get her again I will eat and drink some were I can get good service.

Not sure why we go here, maybe because I am expecting good seafood and great service. In the 4 or 5 times that we have gone here neither has happened. Guess we are a glutten for punishment. Food tastes blah, and overpriced. Wait staff is marginal.

Our go-to seafood restaurant. Always a good selection of raw oysters and local beer. Lively ambiance. Good service. Expect to wait most evenings. Someday I'll try a seafood tower.

I've been eating at Larry's since the old place, took my wife for her first ti m e and she fell in love. Food is delicious and always fresh can not beat the quality and freshness. Love the stuffed flounder, fried calamari pretty much everything in other words. Keep it up Larry's.

I go to this restaurant every time I'm in town. My favorite spot for a crab cake sandwich. They have daily food specials, and excellent service. I do kind of miss the dingy, divey feel of their old location, but this new location can fit so many more people!

I am in love! Delious! Everything, even the tea. I am from NC but I will be back.

Very good seafood; made to order. So far, this is a top spot for my wife and I. Excellent service and excellent food. It is an open dining experience with a bar, so the ambiance is very noisy. If you want quiet, go to Fin Seafood Restaurant. If you want to have a good time with friends, go here.

Our waiter was very polite and attentive to our dinner party. The food was prepared well. But the portions of food were extremely small and outrageously priced! It was a very shocking disappointment.

Added 18 percent gratuity. Took an hour to get our food and it was cold. Ridiculous and Rude.

I live on the other side of the water, so I don't get here much. I absolutely love the she-crab soup and the Oysters Rockefeller. The prices are also not bad. The wait staff are very friendly.

Had lunch after a very busy doctors appointment with my mother. We had very good service our waitress was Lauren Carter omg she is the best. Very attentive, outstanding service and the food was great. Best service I ve had in a while.

My Waitress Somber was amazing, I'm new to the oyster experience and she was uber helpful. I had a wonderful experience.

The atmosphere is nice however my food sucked my crab legs was dry and my shrimp was over cooked I was disappointed because I m here on vacation and every one has been raving about this place and my experience was awful

Terrible service and rude waitress and management. Would not recommend if you are not the right skin color. Long waiting period and food is not that good. I have been stationed all over the United States and overseas, Harpoon Larry's was my worst experience I have ever encountered. This is my first review that I have ever wrote about any establishment but I am making it my mission to report this on every review site, BBB and the Military ACS.

The wait staff was a little slow, I never got a refill for my water, so that was disappointing. I got the Harpoon combo, the shrimp and the crab cakes were really good, the scallops were ok, but man we gotta talk about the flounder. It had no seasoning whatsoever. You could see the seasoning but you couldn't taste it. Also it weirdly had bones in it. I don't mind bones in fish, I was just surprised, and there were A LOT of bones. But the seasoning was the huge thing. I got blue crush drink, so good. The crab dip appetizer was really good on the pita bread.

Always good. Service was prompt and it was a busy night.

Great seafood menu. Crab stuffed mushrooms are a favorite. Clam chowder is delicious. Great service. A future go to place for good eats.

Cool place to get excellent seafood, but if you get there on a busy night, you're going to be waiting for a very long time.

The fried shrimp is incredible fresh, perfectly cooked and seasoned... and the homemade ranch dressing and salad ridiculously good! We go regularly and always order the shrimp and salad. Perfection!

If you are looking for a family friendly restaurant with excellent food, Harpoon Larry's is the place to visit. The Calamari was tender and fried to perfection. The Rum Runnin with 99 bananas was amazing. The shrimp (fried and grilled) were cooked to perfection. The sweet potato fried were the best I ever tasted. Hands down, this is one of the best restaurants around. If I didn't live in NC, I would be become a regular.

This place is amazing. The service is great and the food is always hot and delicious. If you re going to go here on the weekend be prepared for a 30-40 minute wait and difficulty finding parking but in my experience what you get is well worth it.

Just wished they had two locations...Hampton still and NN...Hampton location made it feel like a raw bar..NN is more family grounded.

Liked the old place (Hampton on Mercury Blvd) better. The food was better, much less expensive and the smaller site was cozier and more authentic.

The meal was good. But the drinks are a bit pricey. Great staff and fast service is what matters though. And they got it

Harpoon Larry s is staffed by some incredible people who always have a smile on their face. Their food quality is top notch and while a meal can be a little on the pricier side you always know you will get incredible service and incredible food. Thank you to the entire kitchen and wait staff for a consistently great experience
