Just been to Shivas Pharmacy for yellow fever jabs, super service, comprehensive travel advice given and a completely painless injection given by a lovely young pharmacist. I wish this was my local chemist.
Excellent out of hour service on a Sunday. After looking for last minute vaccinations we came across this pharmacy that offers a 24/7 service at a very competitive rate. We went in on Sunday and although the shutters were down we call the mobile number and the call was answered immediately. They opened the shutters and we went in and it took about 20min (including paperwork and conversation) and then we were finished. The customer service was amazing and the locations was very convenient. We would highly recommend.
I have used Shivas pharmacy as my local pharmacy for 4/5 years now. I've always received excellent service and great advice. I've used the travel pharmacy for queries and my daughter had her ear pierced by a gentleman.
I've recently started picking up my father's prescription from the pharmacy and recently opted for the prescription to be delivered. I spoke to a very helpful lady on Saturday who assured me that they will arrange delivery for Monday evening. They delivered late afternoon and the service has been to a high standard.
I very much recommend them because of their great attitude and helpful staff. Even through the pandemic, they have served the public taking great precautions.

This clinic was a great find, I needed to renew my Yellow fever vaccination and had a couple of things to do in Croydon. I found Shivas Pharmacy on Google and gave them a quick call; the staff were really helpful and I made an appointment for that afternoon, although they did say I could simply pop in if I wanted. There was no waiting around when I got there, everyone was very professional, the process was painless and I now have my yellow fever certificate ready for my trips to Africa.
Everytime I have gone to this pharmacy, I have had nothing less than 5* Service. Most helpful and knowledgeable staff. Recently had travel vaccines and Miss Patel went through everything with me and even provided me with a new documentation which confirmed my vaccination. Highly recommend to friends/families and even strangers.
Went to Shivas pharmacy to have travel jabs. My partner was really against having the jabs, but the lady who did the jabs was so gentle and amazing we didnt feel a thing. Everyone in the pharmacy is so helpful. They stayed open till 7 just for us.

Was seeking particular brand of prescription medication but telephone enquiries of numerous other pharmacies hadn't met with any success. By the time I contacted Shivas, the pharmacy was just about to close. But, to my great relief, not only did the pharmacy have the particular brand required, but the pharmacist stayed late to allow me to get to the shop and collect it before she left.

I had to get a couple of vaccinations done and chose Shivas Pharmacy because of their good reviews - and the reviews definitely hold true. Staff at the pharmacy are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and of course very professional. From organising the first appointment to arranging follow-up vaccinations to having the jab administered, it was all a very easy and smooth process and Shivas Pharmacy is definitely a great find.

After searching high and low for a reputable chemist, I decided on Shiva's for my travel vaccinations. The walk in clinic was brilliant, they offered on the spot advice and assistance and had a readily available supply of the inoculations necessary for my travel destination.

I contacted the pharmacy at first by telephone to check on some details for a rabies vaccination. The pharmacist I spoke to was knowledgeable and confident in her response, so I checked they had the dosage available and made an appointment to come in for the jab.
The pharmacist I had spoken with- Pratiksha Patel, was the same person who did the vaccination in store, and she completed this in a professional, and painless manner. Overall the service was friendly and efficient, and they showed an interest in where I was travelling to, and I would certainly use their travel clinic facilities again.

Advised by my clinic they no longer vaccinated so recommended Shivas pharmacy. Rang and arranged to call in the next day. Mr and Mrs Patel run this as a genuine family business and you can tell as soon as you speak to them. They give that personal touch that a real family run business has in communicating with their customers on a personal level and showing a genuine interest in your needs and concerns. I needed 3 injections and as someone who has a fear of needles I was dreading the moment. Mr Patel did the vaccinations himself and I was shocked that the first vaccination had been done and I felt no pain. I laughed through the next 2 injections with Mr Patel as we discussed I was visiting India for dental treatment. His daughter is a very accomplished and hard working dentist and runs her own business called Mayfield Dental in Sanderstead. He took photo's to send to his daughter who confirmed I did not have to worry about having the dental treatment and recommended I take corsodyl mouthwash with me to ensure I kept the work free from infection in India.
Wonderful people and staff that went out of their way to help with my needs from injections to stuff like getting a mosquito spray and how to use it in the most important places such as wrist and ankles. Highly recommended and I don't give praise lightly. Going back in July for my booster injection and actually looking forward to seeing them again. Lovely experience.

I had a brilliant service today at Shivas Croydon, my nephews had a yellow fever injection and they took some passport photos and all this was done under just 10 mins, I couldn't find any place to do that as this was just a walk-in service. Excellent customer service and friendly people, I will be there again, and recommend to all.

Terrible pharmacy. Spend more time racially profiling customers than actually getting prescriptions ready. Thankfully there is a couple more pharmacies on the same stretch of road!!
They don't always have all my prescription so have to go to A to Z, quicker to go to A to Z first.

After being let down at the very last minute by my doctors surgery for a meningitis jab for a pilgrimage trip to Saudi Arabia, I came across Shivas on a google search. Having read these reviews I called them to arrange for the jab at very short notice. I wasn't disappointed. Excellent service. I highly recommend them. Friendly and very efficient. I will definitely use them again and tecommend them to all of my friends and family. I had I known about them befirehand, I could have avoided taking the morning off work.

Shiva's Pharmacy is like a medicine cupboard at our home from last 15 years. The staff are very friendly and approachable. If we don't get doctor's advice on time, jst go to Shiva's Pharmacy you will get proper guidance and advice about sickness. They treat you like your family member. They can order the prescription and will inform us once medicine are ready. Very professional pharmacy people.

This pharmacy offers a walk-in service for yellow fever jabs and my wife and I visited today for that purpose. Sometimes a walk-in service actually means having to wait around for ages but the Shivas pharmacist greeted us as soon as we walked in then established our needs quickly and got on with the job immediately. The pharmacist was very thorough, too: she checked the requirements of the country we will be visiting, checked our personal health situation and talked us through the risks involved. Then she prepared the certificates and administered the jabs. She was polite, courteous, friendly and very professional. This was a very satisfactory experience indeed and delivered, I suspect, at a lower cost than some of the London based private practices that offer the same service.

Just happened to be passing by, and went in to enquire about the process of getting a flu jab. Pleasantly surprised to be offered one on the spot. Filled in brief form in a few minutes, and had jab immediately. Friendly, pleasant staff as well. Grateful for such service. Highly recommended pharmacy.

We went on family to have our travel vaccines. They have a wide range of vaccinations available which is a difference. I had yellow fever, hepatitis A and thypoid vaccines. Everyone was very nice. Miss Patel put the injections on us, she was very professional with full knowledge and gave us very good advice about which injections we should take and why. She is very friendly. I would definitely recommend the pharmacy and Miss patel as well.

Hi I attended Shivas at very short notice for vaccines that I was told were impossible to get hold of in all other shops like Boots and Superdrug. I made the call and they had everything in stock and several hours later I had the vaccines administered - NO FUSS no problem! I was mightily impressed- I don't know but it seems like a family set up... great people; friendly; service with a smile - Highly recommended

I had a bad experience my baby ear pierced goes wrong they didn t do it in sterile area or in a room they asked us to sit down in waiting area then one men came he didn t sterilise the ears he just put the marks which first was not even he replaced the marks again he did it but he was look like not professional it s fall out so many times at home we changed to our earring finally and it s not even equal one is more low so we are not happy with this service at all.
