I have been doing business with Staffscapes for over 10 years and they have truly made my payroll process much easier and have afforded my company the ability to offer services that a small business like mine may not otherwise be able to offer to my employees.

Staffscapes is an excellent PEO company to work with. We became a Staffscapes client approximately 3 years ago. We had been with 3 other HR companies when the team at Staffscapes wowed us with their package offer. We could not be happier that we made the switch. As with any new business relationship it took time to build our routines together. However, our working relationship is now amazing and the entire team at Staffscapes strives every day to take care of us in a quick and professional manner. Their willingness to answer any question and resolve any concern is above and beyond what one might expect to receive. I was surprised to read the other 5 star reviews, but they seem to all come from employers. I worked for a company in that uses Staffscapes as their 3rd party HR. Every employee I've encountered is rude and extremely unhelpful. They also don't ask how much you want to withhold on your taxes, and hold the least amount so you end up owing taxes at the end of the year.

I would suggest looking for another company if you're a business owner to avoid a terrible experience for your own employees. They are extremely inflexible and impolite in communication... for even the most general request, like a copy of your w2. They care about the person that signs the contract with them, but they don't actually care about the end user.

I've honestly never felt so belittled by a company before.
