Friendly and helpful staff with a lot of patience....

Friendly and helpful staff with a lot of patience. They helped me in with my wheelchair when I couldn't manage it.

The bento box was unbelievably delicious. For only 8.80 you get a meal that is filling and full of different yet matching flavors. Also nice to get a glimpse of the chefs in the kitchen when you are at the till. Everything is freshly made and ready fairly quickly.

A few years ago, during a day in Rotterdam, I had sushi here. That went very well. Now again chosen for the sushi from Shabu To Go. Really delicious eaten. Good quality and delivered quickly.

Sushi is falling apart, tasteless and seaweed fish very hard. Was always our favorite for a quick bite of sushi. Card has become limited and staff too. Pity. Hopefully soon old quality again. But we are not coming any more.

Ordered at Shabuto Go coolsingel. Sushi was not fresh and hit or miss. It didn't look like much !!! I feel like they are "overwhelmed" with all orders. The quality has been hard to find for a few months now !!!!!

Ordered a dragon box or something. Rice didn't taste exactly fresh and the fried shrimp roll and the spicy tuna were out of order. Tuna tasted like Johma's tuna spread. The orange (cali?) Roll was successful. Staff also friendly.

Took a very long time for the order to arrive. Sushi was cold, while the crunchy roll is always warm. With telephone contact ZERO understanding and only defensive rebuttals. After being a loyal customer for a long time, my confidence in the business ends.

Even though it's not the best sushi I've eaten, the quality was very good.
The menu offers packs of sushi which will safe you around 1.5 so I think you're better off buying what you like the most.
I have to recommend sashimi which while expensive it was so delicious that melted in my mouth and felt like a Spanish piece of ham.

Our meal for two costed around 30 . Being Spanish I'm used to have more sushi for that price but it's ok for Netherlands. Btw WC is free for customers.

Food fine. What is quite a downside to this eatery is the fact that I have already seen on several days that the delivery people are too lazy to turn off their scooter when they wait inside. The result is a scooter with a running engine near the entrance, which is not only not inviting to enter, but above all it is outdated now that we are working on climate change. How difficult it is to turn the key before you put your scooter away.

Love this place my favourite sushi California maki and tempura!!!! Best sushi to deliver!!! But watch they are only open as long as the shops. So they do NOT DELIVER LATE, ONLY ON FRIDAY!!

last time fine, so I thought to order again. This time it was wrong. The sushi had fallen apart through the tray, I still had to cut cucumber into pieces (5 cm long chunks) of chicken drowned in the sauce that had started to leak. I'd rather skip them for that money next time.

This is the second time I order and I really like the Windows themselves. Only during dinner did I come across a staple in the food. I am very happy that I was paying attention because you do not want to swallow such a thing. I had called to pass it on and they said I could get a new one now; like I'm going to throw the whole bin away for a staple ... I just rejected that. Only no excuse received. I hope that they will be extra sharp on this and that customers pay attention before they eat it.

Most lousy service. The first time I ordered it took almost 1.5 hours to be delivered. Ordered today at 17.30 for delivery at 19.00 and at the time of writing 19.50 it is still not there. If you call to complain then it is my own fault because I order at a busy time What is the use of indicating a time if you do not keep to it? In any case too ridiculous for words to contradict a customer with a justified complaint. Accept your mistakes and learn from it. This was my last order with this ball tent. Next time I'll grab my fishing rod and pull it out of the sea myself because then I'll probably be even faster.
