Customer since 2008. Recently purchased more domains and hosting. Filled in their webform requesting quote for web development. Almost immediately I start receiving calls and emails from India based development companies. Some in the middle of the night!!!

This company cannot be trusted with your information! Called 24/7 support number spoke with Dahni about why my hosting confirmed cancellation request had not been actioned within their notified time frame. All he wanted was an email sent and then pretended to be looking through my account history. After 50 minutes he decided he had better really look at my account and established POI.

This company used to be my first choice and recommendation. Never again. MCMC complaint being lodged regarding breach of privacy.

"Building trust online" is their slogan but the way they manage customer data cannot be trusted. They are a total joke.
