They have me going back and fourth to court when all the rent is paid. They received a check in July which they cashed in October and took me to court for it in September .another time they received a check in April which they cashed in September and It s showing they cashed a check in 2015 and didn t credit my rent account and have me in court for it in 2018. I don t know what they did with the money. I have never had this problem before in my life never went to housing court before in my life only till I moved here into shinda management via Arista

They don't respond to your emails when you sent them at all. Our property manager is never in their office or returns phone's or gets back to you at about anything. Pertaining to anything you call about

This company is the worst property management company I've ever seen. They love to binge and purge their employees once they can't squeeze anything else out of them. Then they start all over again. It's a never ending cycle with them.

They love to micromanage like crazy and expect perfection for peanut pay.

My independent grandmother lives in one of there complex, they made minor repairs to the apartments, installed new boiler which does not heat the apartments effectively the windows have gaps that let the cold air in so her apartment is at least 50 degrees we had to buy a heater so she can keep warm, another tenant used her stove to keep her apartment warm and had a fire in her apartment I'm sure more of the elderly tenants are suffering in there cold apartments getting sick with colds, arthritis, God forbid someone could die from the cold. SHAME ON SHINDA

Lots to do and lots to learn. Love the work environment

Question: I told Shinda about mold in my apartment last year .. no response.. I hired a private mold specialist to inspect my apartment May 1 2020 . mold was found .. Stachybotrys.. Aspergillus.. and Penicillium .. I sent them the findings on May 5 ... no response.. I told them I have asthmatic children in the unit .. no response...
What should be my next step in assuring the safety of my small kids????

The maintenance man told me he was stalking me but nothing was done about it because he is the son of the manager of my complex. They keep sending me a rent statement saying I owe them money when I don t . I wish I read the reviews before I moved in !!!! This is a terrible place to live , the management is unprofessional and this corporation does not value its tenants. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Terrible management don t want to fix nothing untill I contact HPD. My rent for September 2018 is already payed by HPD and I am $ 0.00 behind and they send me statement claiming I have to pay for the month September2018 on the 1st and total amount due is $3432.04. Be careful with this company they try to ripp you off while they already received rent. And when you call the main office in Queens no one answers the phone , i leave messages and no one returns my calls. I send them letter no one responded back. Stay away from this company.

The worst company ever!!! So glad I did not take their job offer!! Paulette is pathetic and completely unprofessional!!!

WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER. LIVING HERE IS LIKE LIVING IN THE PROJECTS. STAY AWAY!!!
